Absolutely delighted
Was delighted to hear that full fibre was now available to me in the rural Scottish Borders. The level of support from the word go from GoFibre has been second to none. I got a fantastic deal and was kept well informed throughout. The installation itself was done by Gregor and John, both personable and helpful. My speeds have went from 50mbps to 500 Mbps. Couldn’t ask for better, well done GoFibre. Showing the big boys how it’s done.

The lady I spoke to about getting set up with Go Fibre was helpful & very clear on how it was to be done. A date was quickly organised & the work was carried out without a hitch. This company provides excellent broadband for my needs & saves me a significant amount of money- about 2/3- compared to my last provider.

When I needed to phone for updates,help or questions someone answered the phone without waiting in a queue.

I've been with Go Fibre for several years now and I can honestly say that I've had no problems whatsoever. The installation engineers were punctual and efficient, and an initial 'hitch' with the compatibility of one of my devices, was addressed immediately.
