Very professional and respectful. Loved the fact that everyone of the guys wore shoe covers so my new carpet wouldn't get messed up.

I didn't have a problem with the installer the problem I had was with the people on the phone I told him I had a card cuz I was getting TV and internet so I should get $200 they told me to go to dish go dish dot-com and sign up and then they'd send me one there's no damn place to sign up unless you're getting service so this is b******* I haven't got my cards no money

customer service was very helpful and patient and installer was efficient and helpful

needed anything else let him know. it is rare these days to find someone that cares about the way he does his work. I was in the service sector for over 48 years 21 0f which was a service mgr. for Childers Enterprises. i went through a lot of tecs. better keep this one. Aubrey &wilma marshall

I have a $100 Visa card gift to redeem from dish and there was nothing to do that process makes no sense at all?!

I actually feel like I got ripped of by godish, yes I was told about the 1st months service up fron then when I called back to let yall know that the 75.00 I think it was was in the bank for 1st months service, at that time I was told about an additional 49.99 for activation then I think I was told about a processing fee of 49.99, I told the man on the 3-2-2020 after I went back to my bank and deposited the 1st 49.99 so they could get service started i told the guy that i dont get paid till the 1st of the month and he said that godish wouldnt get the money till then, so in my opinion he lied to me cause a day or 2 later i got notice from my bank that godish charged me right then and that put my account in overdraft and now i have to pay my bank 75.00 since they paid godish an additional 49.99 and their service fee. Of 25.00. So instead of 150.00 to get dish started i actually paid over 200.00 to get it started and now that's why i feel like I've been ripped off.

I don't have an issue so far with my service.

Instalation went ok but my issues with the damage to my equipment still has not yet been resolved I found comparable replacements I will ne sending you today...I also have lost 2 weeks worth of my free channels that should be pro rated I played my bill but still am not pleased with the billkng

the 100 dollar gift card is a scam sent me to a web site so confusing It appears to be that way on purpose to discourage people not to file for it well it worked I called dish and they made it right so would not ever recommend your company for anything

Everyone I have dealing with were professional. Installer was excellent
