I did not have a good experience with dish. I picked dish because of the gift cards but now they are saying because I didn’t mention them I won’t get them. That is what was advertised. Sounds like to me if I don’t it’s false advertising. I could have very easily went with direct. They were advertising the same but they honor what they advertise

Was told in a voicemail that I…scan visa gift cards
Was told in a voicemail that I qualified for a 200 Visa card so I called and ordered service threw you just to be told that I would only be getting a 60 dollars Visa card and it’s been installed already for almost 2 weeks and I’m still waiting to here from someone about my visa gift card, beginning to think it’s just a scam!!!

Evaluation of Dish employees
The installer, Brad, was very knowledgeable and efficient!!
He explained how to get started using the Hopper, etc. He was very professional and kind. He was very encouraging. He was well dressed, polite and took the time to explain how to use Dish right away. Can’t say enough good things about him!
The person from the office was also polite and explained my options in signing up.
