I never received my $300.00 dollar gift card.

No gift card...extremely rude customers...class action is probably only way to resolve the gift card scam...

Just like many reviewers prior to me, never received my $300 gift card. I’ve called many times, emailed, chatted on the website and even called them out on Twitter. It’s been just shy of 2 years since I was promised the gift card by signing up for service. They give you the runaround and say that it was sent. NO IT WAS NOT! Just like everyone else on here saying they never received their promotional gift cards. Unacceptable. This is fraud and false advertising. I think we need to get a class action lawsuit filed.

Promised $300 gift card to switched from Dish. Uploaded my old Dish statement as asked. After four months and multiple calls……no $300. Additionally, had to schedule repair which was noon to 4pm. Tech finally showed at 6pm. I took off work but could have worked if I had known they would not honor the appointment. What a poor company!

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT I've ever dealt with...I've been trying to get a "warm body" on the phone to change my mailing address for over a week...waiting up to 30 minutes at a time...and whoever chose that God Awful wait music...FIRE HIS ASS!

Compared to Comcast and DirecTV, well, there is no comparison. Very professional and attentive to me and the installation. Great service and experienced, capable technicians.

I was promised 200.00 card in July 2022. Also said installation was free. Man arrives and gets card because I bought the google set up for 200.00 because gift card would cover. Called godish and asked about the 100.00 install in which lady was short and rude. Didn’t get that straight. Asked about the gift card and was told after two months I would receive. Well didn’t get that either. What does it take and do I have to honor my contract? Paid ahead but this is ridiculous.

I switched from DirecTV to Dish, going through GoDish. Wanted to take advantage of the rebate offers: total of $300, satellite tv and internet. Well, dish doesn't offer internet themselves; they have to contract that out. Fine. The rep I spoke with that day, Mary, signed me up with Spectrum (she tried to transfer me to a Spectrum person, but was unable to do so). Mary was the only person I spoke to that day. But she told me, very specifically, that I qualified for the $300 rebate. A couple weeks after installation (install date was 7/23/22), I got the card to mail in for requesting the rebate gift card. Sent it in. BTW, they want you to send it in with a copy of your paper statement from Dish and, of course, everyone is automatically signed up for electronic statements so you have to go online and print paper statement to do this (red flag right there). When I finally got my rebate card, it was only $100. I called to find out why. "You signed up only for satellite tv through GoDish." Nope, the rep signed me up for both. "No, ma'am" She argued with me that I was transferred to a Spectrum rep. Now they are going to review the call and I have to call THEM back, not THEY will call me back to correct their error. This is a scam. See...they want to transfer you so they can later say they didn't set you up for internet. Then you don't have a paper statement to send them, anyway. So you end up with no rebate. SCAM.

Hello my grandma Judy wines went threw this go dish, and scammed them completely... They asked for her card only to charge a dollar, The guy that was in charge never once said anything about another charge! They ended up charging 50 dollars,this making my grandparents over drawn! Make sure to find another company because these people are scamming you card. My grandparents are in a fixed income, and you dish people are absolutely horrible!

I called go dish to inquire about.various package rates. I settled on a package but never agreed or signed up for service. They took my card $ to charge a dollar to verify card. They told me they would not charge the card to start service until I called and authorized it today the charged over $159 to my card unauthorized without prior authorization or a warning. I couldn't get hold of a human being to cancel the transaction so I had to dispute with my bank my account is now 159 overdrawn and my debit card cancelled. This is highly inconvenient as I have many companies that automatically charge card for payment and now I have to let them all know. I have no way of getting medication or anything else. Go Dish are complete scam company

What a scam! I signed up for Dish with understanding I could pay additional fee and get the Sacramento Kings… turns out I can’t for any money? I expressed my concerns and they said the sales rep said it “should” be able to show the Kings” and they won’t let me cancel without paying a 400$ fee! (Even though I called before my 1st payment)

The company may perform a legitimate service but based on other reviews I've seen, their phone sales agents lie to people to get charges placed on their credit cards. I was charged $49.99 for a "temporary verification" of my credit worthiness to see if I qualified for their Offer of a Dish TV and satellite Internet bundle at a discounted rate for 3 months. Dish is not at fault for what godish.com telephone agents tell people to get charges put on their cards. Dish doesn't get this fee, and as a consumer I get no benefit from paying it. They have so-called Rebates of $100 on a Debit Card. Good luck trying to follow the complex, messy procedure to get those cards. So far I've been unable to provide the needed documents for the Rebate because the documents aren't provided by Dish or by Hughesnet that they want you to mail in. But I'm mostly provoked at the $49.99 charge for nothing and when I called them twice to get it explained they hung up on me both times without even letting me talk. The only way to solve this is to dispute the charge with your bank.

Never received a gift card! Every time I called I got the run around around about what I had to do to receive it. Today I was told my offer had expired and would not be receiving one. Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from all parties involved.I feel like I was lied to and cheated out of what I was guaranteed.

Godish and Dish Network is running a scam on the Visa prepaid cards. They use a free visa card as added bonus for sighing up for Dish programming. Then they never send the card! Not receiving the card cancels the 2 year agreement!

My husband called about internet and they talked him into tv ok well they took 3 charges from his card and now they were saying they’d come tomorrow but now saying they have no order for internet what in the actual crap is going on he’s trying to call n acting like they are ding dongs

GoDISH just lied to me when I wanted to receive their service. The agent should have informed me that they were in the middle of a dispute and I wouldn't be able to view my local (ABC)channel, that would have made a difference in my decision. Then I've been promised a $150.00 Visa Gift Card, and that hasn't happened, and now I'm stuck with DISH for (2) years. I switched to DISH for better customer service and that isn't happening. I'm very disappointed with DISH.

Just like ALL the rest of the DISH 📡 customers, I was also promised a $150.00 Visa gift card, and nothing yet. Also the DISH Agent that signed me up chose to NOT inform me that I wouldn't be able to get my local (ABC) channel. As far as I'm concerned DUSH Lied to me and now I can't get rid of them without paying a $$$ penalty. Now I'm screwed for (2) years and I got nothing. DISH Lies.

Was told I would get a 150 dollar gift card if I signed up with Dish,I was then told I had to wait two weeks after hook up I would get it,then after that I was told I had to ask for it online,just sign into offergodish.com,well that didn't work either,no offer out there anywhere, very disappointed with their lies

I Signed up for dish talked to a guy whose name was Jeremy he told me i would get a $200.00 Gift Card Well that never happen still; waiting. He talks a good sales but lies fall out of his mouth. I Got Dish on Oct 13 2021 was told 2 weeks after that would get the gifts card that never happen so i called got some chick by the name of Cherly rude person was told by her it takes up to 45 Days well that has come and went now we are on alm ost 60 days. Then i Called on 12/5 and talk to silance and was told that the gift cards were mailes on 11/25/2021 and would get them on 12/7 well that never happen either they are a bunch of liars and rude people and so we never did the gift card but then on 12/6/2021 some resp from Dish and said oh it will take 45 days and i told her 45 has come and went and she hung up on me so now i think i will fill a complaint with fraud company they are the worst people to deal with
