Still waiting, 3 weeks later, to have the satellite mounted. It is currently sitting on the ground in a temporary mount. Wouldn't be a problem but I was advised it would be "a few days." When I called about this issue I was told I needed to handle it myself, by contacting the call before you dig number. Sorry but I don't feel like that's my responsibility.

I ordered DISH..... but felt like I was pressured to order useless equipment such as 2 POLK SOUND BARS, Internet extender, 2 OUTDOOR CAMERAS, and a nest monitor... and they were still trying to sale me other equipment and I had to just refuse or they would not stopped. My equipment stopped working only days after they left. I called to get it returned and I have no way of printing off a shipping label with the CORONAVIRUS out I will NOT leave my home . So I’m stuck with equipment I don’t want it. Any use!!!! This equipment should have been PICKED back up by the installers when I called.... NOT HAPPY!!!!

My only complaint is no one showed us how to record shows nor did you provide a book with instructions other than that so far so good

The sales rep was friendly enough however I have not been satisfied with the service nor have I received the Visa card. Nor have I received the follow up in regards to WiFi services. Totally not good. Considering breaking the contract only after 1 month.

TECH WAS WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CONSIDERATE.

We did not get what we were promised on the initial call. Also we should have been given the $300 debit card when requested on the same day we signed up with dish. We wish we had never switched from our previous service.

I called one day and the tech was out installing the next day. That to me was excellent service.

Pleasant people to do business with.

Knowledgeable installer whom was very helpful and patient.

Service was worst I ever had they disconnected my phone line,had to pay 65.00 dollars to get it back activated, broken vase,and left trash in backyard.

Happy as long as my bill stays the amount was agreed upon
