Great Job, Very Considerate!

We are pleased with the service thus far, but the install technician did put some minor damage to my baseboard and we did discover it until later. Other than that they did a good job.

I’ve been very happy with the deception and programming but the weather has been good. So I’ll have to wait till the rains start to fully rate you.

Hey The Dish Network I’m very pleased with my service but I do have some questions why my dish box and internet doesn’t always stay connected I tend to always reset the network everyday! That’s my only issue but every thing else is great

Mostly the service has been very good. When we signed up for Dish in mid march the sign-up offer included a $200 gift via a paid Master Card. The following Monday we received an offer for a $300 paid-up Mastercard.
In checking to see if we could get the $300 Mastercard we discovered we had not even received the $200
mastercard. We are quite unhappy about this

The enrollment was easy and the customer service agent was very helpful. He took the time to explain everything concerning the service agreement. The appointment time set was honored, and the installer arrived on time. He was very courteous and asked were I would prefer the dish to be installed. He explained the tv guide and cleaned up after himself. so far the service works perfectly, FYI: I am still waiting on the internet service to be installed as a part of my package.

We are enjoying having satellite tv in a rural area. It keeps up updated on what is going on in the country and world

The Installer, Jeremiah, was excellent.
That being said, their sales team could needs work.
1st Salesperson was helpful, explained services, verified I
would get $100 gift card (which hasn't arrived) and then passed me off to a "closer" who was only interested in up selling additional features including Internet service for which the price was very high and the speed was ridiculously low. I felt like I was buying a car and wouldn't be let out if the "telephonic room" until I bought all the upgrades. When I declined he speed read thru his closing speech which included God only knows what for "free" for a few months and then auto renewal at a price. Will have to check the bill when it comes.
I specifically went with this company because of the pricing and gift card. Better get it or I'm calling the Better Business Bureau.

Had issues with it lagging. I would go on guide or the dvr and it would just keep loading. The other bad experience I had with them is the tv was interrupted for not even a week and we paid what we owed to have it back on. Month after month our bill kept going up so I called and they said we broke contract mind you my mother in law lives next door and had it off for over two weeks and they haven’t broke contract. What they said we should be paying still didn’t even add up to what we was paying and they also charged us for local channels even though where we live we can’t pick them up! Also i called to give them one more chance to work something out and they couldn’t even tell me why I was paying for locals or let alone why my bill was so high. I am done with dish and I definitely will be sure to let people know not to go to them!

The installers were very good and helpful in setting up the equipment and explaining everything to me. Fast and simple.

I don't think my sales person explained what I was getting! I told him I wanted both the TV and Internet service 3 times so I could take advantage of the $100.00 for the TV and the $100.00 for the internet. He gave me the impression that I was getting both. As it turns out I only got the TV package. I feel like I lost out on the $100.00 for the Internet. I feel like he was more interested in the sale than taking care of me..
