Friendly and prompt service
Very friendly and helpful. Charlotte and her team were always quick to respond to my queries when I had them and were great at providing constant updates. The whole process of buying a house was made simple by them.

I really couldn’t recommend Goddard Dunbar enough! They have just helped us complete on our first home and guided us the whole way through. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded to emails always on the same day. The process was smooth and quick (3 months from start to finish). A special thanks to Amy and Charlotte!

Fantasic Service
We used Goddard Dunbar for the conveyancing process to sell a house after a bereavement. From start to finish the team (Carols) and in particular Danielle and Joy were amazing. Extremely professional, great communication at all time and patience. We would recommend without hesitation.

I have used Goddard Dunbar recently to sell my property. I found them extremely competitive on their fee's. Their customer service has been fantastic. Recently sold a property and Goddard Dunbar were easy to deal with, the process was straightforward and they kept us up to date throughout, email queries were dealt with quickly (usually same day). Fees were competitive
