We would like to thank Charlotte and the rest of the team at Goddard Dunbar for acting as our solicitors for our house purchase. They are by far the best solicitor's I have known and used personally. They answer your emails and calls in a timely manor and keep you updated throughout the whole process, assuring you of any concerns or questions you have. Purchasing a house is a stressful experience but putting your trust into the Goddard family means makes it all worth while as they will help you and support you through it. We received a lovely card via post after we had moved into our new home signed by all the team at Goddard, congratulating us on our new home which was a really thoughtful touch and definitely warmed our hearts. Fantastic service. Efficient, supportive and effective
All of our experiences with solicitors in the past have been dreadful, so the service from Goddard Dunbar has been pleasantly surprising. They have been consistently responsive and have kept us up to date with all developments for the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. When there was a contentious issue, they provided a helpful proposal to resolve and ensure the sale remained on track and to intended timescales. We have found our interactions with every one of the team to be friendly and supportive and would highly recommend using Goddard Dunbar for conveyancing. Particular thanks to Louise, Stef and Sam.

Finally! A great solicitor!
Charlotte Lyle has been fantastic start to finish. I often find the biggest headache of buying a property is having a bad solicitor. In fact, working with Charlotte is the first good experience I have had. It was great working with someone who you can feel genuinely cares about your needs. Would highly recommend!

Overall good experience
Thanks to Danielle, Heather and Charlotte for helping our home sale and purchase run smoothly.Completion date clashed with us been on holiday but it was never a problem,kept in touch with what was happening and happy to say we are picking the keys up to our new home in the morning.
