You helped me by doing an action to the site/domain that scammed me and a lot of people here in the Philippines

When making a complaint case, user can submit images along with a description of the case. However, once the case is open, the only way of communication is with images. I had to type what I had in a simple text editor, only to take a screenshot of it and submit it as an image. It is ridiculous. I imagine a simple chat room would be of great use, both for you and your clients, for the case of complaints. Or at the very least, add the text field option, I know the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words", but if the picture is made of words entirely, perhaps a better medium for that would be a book.

I am using a lot of different online services, they all have customer support system but If there is one organization which has the fastest customer support, its GNAME.

I have used GName for almost a year now. I have place roughly 45 backorders successfully. That aspect of the company can be pretty sharp and overall together. The real problem starts when you attempt to modify or make a purchase or change anything. It becomes an intensive hours long ordeal with no help in sight. All they do is send you screenshots. No real description just do this. When it doesn't work the chat person sends a heavily crying emoji. They refuse to do these operations for you. Its so beyond ignorant! I spent over an hour and a half attempting to set up an email which I got no closer than when I started. I am a professional on my computer all day every day but much of what they expect is just nonsense. Customer service isn't. Its just a name with oh we are so sorry crying emoji. I personally wouldn't own, work for or use a company that simply was of no real assistance. I could go on about the other numerous flaws but why really bother. I am getting my names out and dealing with whatever trash the company puts me through. Gname is nothing but a headache. Yes they catch names but thats all they do right. I mean that statement! F!

there are lot of fake websites and platforms that are scamming the users by showing them crypto gains . But in reality once you deposit money, they will withdraw all the funds and transfer to their own wallets.

GNAME is currently hosting and maintaining a clear phishing and brand impersonation operation, and despite multiple formal abuse reports, they have failed to take action.

A fraudulent domain registered via GNAME is impersonating my legitimate website (main domain ) betra.bet, (current domain ) 449betra.com by:

Copying our brand identity and visual design

Misleading users into believing it is our official site

Operating with cloned assets and deceptive content

Using subdomains to store copied materials and bypass basic protections

This is an active phishing operation, not a trademark dispute.

I have submitted multiple abuse tickets to GNAME, including the following reference numbers:

Despite providing clear evidence, screenshots, and domain details, GNAME continues to delay with generic responses like “1–5 business days” while the phishing site remains fully operational.

By allowing this to continue, GNAME is:

Enabling online fraud

Exposing users to credential theft

Failing its basic responsibilities as a domain registrar

If this issue is not resolved immediately, further escalation will be made to:

ICANN

Anti-phishing databases

Search engine security teams

Legal authorities

I strongly advise others to avoid GNAME if they value security, abuse handling, and responsible domain management.

Excellent customer service

I reported a domain that is impersonating a legitimate business and being used for scamming people, they dealt with the issue within just a few hours.

I applied for the closure of phishing websites and they managed the process brilliantly and took action on the specified date. This company really does its job cleanly and will be a company I will recommend for future domain purchases. Thank you again, especially to the Abuse team.

This registrar acts like it’s completely fine for scam websites to operate under their watch. We've asked them three times to take down the fraudulent sites below, and every single time Gname drags things out. Instead of actually doing anything, they demands at us to provide trademark papers, copyright certificates, declarations, power of attorney…anything to avoid taking action. It feels like they’re doing everything except dealing with the obvious scams right in front of them.

We need above 3 SCAM WEBSITES to be removed immediately.

2nd Update: Again, you should request these valid documents from the scam websites (as your registration process should approve these companies with these documents, without these documents, how did you even approve them?), we DO NOT trust and did not register from your site and will not be supplying you with any of these documents. I'm an independent security researcher, and Gname does everything to make the internet a better place by promptly responding to fraudulent domain reports.

Company is _activley_ supporting fraud!

Does not take takedown action for reported fraud sites like alternatecom.de which is an apparent fakeshop of german alternate.de

I deposit lot of money in bitmatrix option trading now that site blocked that site registered in gname registered how your company register fraud site
