They were very prompt in taking action on copyright issue that we had with one of the domains registered by them.

We reported multiple fraudulent lookalike domains impersonating our webshop to Gname's abuse team. The reporting process via their online form was clear, and several cases were reviewed and put on client hold within just a day or two - much faster than we expected. Good communication throughout and a straightforward resolution. Would recommend their abuse handling process to other brand owners dealing with domain impersonation.

Excellent professionals took strict action to resolve issue

I recently reported a domain registered through GNAME that was being actively used to impersonate a legitimate South African payment service and target members of the public with a traffic-fine phishing scam.

I submitted a detailed abuse report to GNAME, including the fraudulent domain, an explanation of the scam and supporting screenshots.

I was extremely impressed with the response. GNAME investigated the complaint and placed the domain on Client Hold, effectively disabling the fraudulent website, within a very short period of time. (Less than 8 hours)

Online scams succeed partly because criminals can quickly register domains, impersonate legitimate organisations and disappear before meaningful action is taken. Registrars therefore have an important role to play when credible evidence of abuse is brought to their attention.

In this instance, GNAME's abuse-reporting process was straightforward and, most importantly, resulted in action.

As someone who reported this primarily to prevent other members of the public from becoming victims, I greatly appreciate GNAME taking the complaint seriously and responding decisively.

Once the documents are submitted, there is BIG opportunity, even the very documents can be STOLEN and used to steal even more from AMERICAN COMPANIES. We are starting a major MEDIA CAMPAIGN to stop the THEFT OF US INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BY PEOPLE WHO OPERATE IN COMPANIES LIKE GNAME.

Gname has a domain name, that was just made up called: mycoloringbookplace.com and that company is domain name spoofing, they are also credential stuffing. the company associated witH the link is a THEIF of TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

We are extremely satisfied with the fast and professional handling of our complaint.

We discovered a fraudulent webshop that was unlawfully using our brand name and presenting itself in a way that could seriously mislead consumers. After reporting the case, our complaint was taken seriously and acted upon immediately.

We’ve been using GNAME for a while now and overall it’s been a very good experience.

We manage quite a few domains, so what matters most to us is that things work as expected and we don’t have to spend too much time figuring things out. The platform is easy to navigate, domain management is straightforward, and we haven’t had any major issues so far.

I also want to mention their support team. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed something clarified, they’ve been responsive and helpful instead of just sending generic answers.

Reported a domain impersonating our brand and collecting customers' bank details. Both it and its backend domain were suspended the same day. Had to send extra screenshots once, but overall handled quickly.

Very confusing website, and extremely officious and bureaucratic procedures.
I was bidding on a dropcatch domain and won the auction. However on opening my account they placed it under restrictions with no clear explanation of why, and how to resolve it. I spent two 1-hour sessions with live support agents trying to resolve this.
What they actually wanted was a a screen shot from Paypal of the payments I had made to them! so pointless.
only deal with these people if you have a lot of time and patience
