been using gname for a while, it is ok but sometimes their live chat employees are not aware of basic domaining terms while its a huge backordering and auctions platform.. your live chat emps need stronger knowledge towards basic domaining terms.

Very easy and trusted platform

Gname hide their scammer customers behind aaking for police to contact Them, that is just not a possibility as its against law to require these things across borders.

But hey, should I Ever witness a murder - I dont report it to the police, I just say I Will cooperate with The police if they contact me. Just as Gname have as policy.

great, very professionnal

it's a scam. they ask for payment then lock your funds and you get nothing at the end.

They responded to what I had found on the fake site url for tron wallet theft.

Hopefully they kill the url forever.

We reported multiple phishing domains registered via gname. The abuse team was always fast to respond and block the domains.

Amazing app. I have been using many apps to register domains, but this one sets a new standard. Highly recommend. Probably the only domain registration app that is needed.
Great work guys!!!

Hello, I’m requesting that the investigation be reopened because the complaint was about this being a PHISHING site, not a copyright infringement. Please review the complaint materials, or I’ll have to resubmit it until a live moderator joins our conversation. Thank you!

prix-min.com is a scam hosted by gname.com

Very good and helpfull support. As a beginner had a thankful service from GNAME.

I have been a customer of Gname for quite some time and have generally had a positive experience, which makes this review disappointing to write.

I purchased one of Gname's reseller plans due to advertised benefits. Just a few months later, one of the plan's key benefits was reduced by 50% for existing customers.

Support explained that this was due to increased costs from an upstream partner. I raised the issue through support and management channels, but the company ultimately decided to keep the change in place and offered no accommodation to customers who had already purchased the plan under the previous structure.

My concern is not that costs changed. My concern is that the value of a paid lifetime plan was materially reduced after purchase.

In my view, if a company sells a paid plan based on a certain set of benefits, existing customers should be able to rely on those benefits for a reasonable period of time. Changing them only a few months after purchase damages trust and raises serious fairness concerns.

Based on my experience, prospective customers should not assume that the benefits of a paid "lifetime plan" will remain unchanged after purchase.

thank you for fast response.. Hopefully there will be no more fake domains using the name of the Ministry of Manpower

Ha Sido muy buena la asistencia, puse un recordatorio de breakout espero que funcione. De cualquier manera se los agradezco mucho. Si se libera el dominio lo contrataré con ustedes. Muchas gracias.

I don't know how to rank Gname because as a business I have had no affiliation with Gname. However, we found a website that was phishing/fraudulent scamming site had copied our Website and was scamming our customer. Running ads to lure people to a realistic looking site and speaking CC's or just cash for orders obviously never being fulfilled. From the Whois we can see the domain registrar was Gname. We reported this to Gname and effectively on the next business day the domain registration was held and effectively shut down the one letter domain name scam site. There quick and fast action is very much appreciated from this legitimate business owner.

Almost all other registries provide a 30 days grace period for expired domains. But only these people are sending the domain to auction just around 12 days of expiry. Demanding 200usd other wise to renew.

Not recomended.

Standing ovation to the abuse team, well deserved 5 stars for the work they do every single day. Your input is much appreciated when it comes to cleaning internet from trashy sites. Big Thank You

Great company and speed processing
