DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I ordered a ring and after taking my money heard nothing about my order. I emailed a week later to find out when I would receive my ring and they said dispatch was the end of the week. Another week went by and I heard/received nothing. I have sent 5 emails to Gloring and tried to contact them through their online chat to ask about where the ring is and if I am able to cancel the order. I have heard nothing, they haven't replied to any messages or emails. This company will take your money and you wont hear from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I hope this review stops people from using this site as it is clearly a scam.

The worst experience for a very long time!! Not even worth one star! Product came from China. I was asked by customs to pay 169€, even though I paid 160€ for that product. I declined the order an sent it back. I really cannot recommend that company! Don’t buy there!

Good evening, so since you don't answer I will have to file a criminal complaint against you, your website will be blocked and the amount I paid you will be returned to me after the criminal complaint with interest!!!!!! You are ordinary fraudsters, and on top of that, I am now posting on the Internet that you are only a fraudster, because they change their address, collect money and do not send goods!!!!!

I was a bit dubious at first but looked at the website and app and decided to take the plunge. I had immediate confirmation and a tracked delivery date. Arrived earlier than estimated
Ring is awesome. Really pleased and gone back to a traditional watch as this does everything. Ring is comfortable and the communication with Gloring customer services has been excellent. This is a genuine review and I can only write from my own experience, which is excellent and a really good quality product. Can't see why other manufacturers are asking so much more money. This does everything really well

Buonasera, ho fatto l’ordine il 30 gennaio, ma a tutt’oggi sul tracking il mio ordine risulta confermato ma non ancora spedito, altro che 6-9 giorni, e non so ancora quando sarà spedito, e sul sito non si capisce da dove lo spediscano, quindi non ho idea di quanto tempo dovrò attendere

Order placed the 2nd of Feb. we’re now the 8th of Feb, no news, nobody answered my questions. Looks like a scam.

This seems like a complete scam !!
I have requested a full refund on 3 occasions and been fobbed off with the ring is being processed by DHL and cannot be refunded!
This has been going on for two weeks now !
So not use this company I’m reporting it to the FTC
Finally they have contacted me after posting this !
Please see other posts about, Chinese rings arriving !
Then even asked me not to post discriminatory language about gloring, I say it as I find it , probably paying a pittance and having to wait for shipping !
Pay the extra money and get a reputable ring off a reputable supplier!!

You get what you pay for. Steps calculation needs to be fixed from firmware (around +50% then real), O2 and Stress Levels are not 24/7 but only from app manual commands. Android app is not that good, graphs are made from image and not from datas. Google Fit is also not supported. Again you get what you pay for. For sure firmware and app updates could fix 90% of issues described. Shipping takes also more then previsioned during checkout (+1 week,)

Il prodotto è bello, ben realizzato e mi sembra solido.
Il problema è che non è preciso !
Ho comparato x alcuni giorni i dati fornkto parallelamente a quelli forniti sia da Apple Watch ultra 2 che Garmin Epix pro 2

Mentre i dati dei due watches corrispondono perfettamente, quelli del ring sono spesso ben ben lontani dalla verità!!
Un esempio x tutti: a riposo mi ha registrato una frequenza cardiaca di 166bpm.... Io sono bradicardico...😂😂...mai nemmeno avvicinato a quei livelli.... La tracciatura del sonno ci sballa mediamente di Un'ora

Poi non capisco..
Nella pubblicità dicono cheosura la temperaturaa nella app (di terze parti) non ce n'è traccia!!

Spero che tutto questo possa essere risolto o almeno migliorato con una App proprietaria e con aggiornamento firmware...

...comunque la Gloring ha ribrandizzato un anello cinese...cercate il nome della app su FB e capirete...

...certo costa poco...

Arrivato per tempo e smart ring molto funzionale e utile

L'ANELLO E' MOLTO COMODO SEPPUR SIA DI UNO SPESSORE IMPORTANTE , MA NON DA FASTIDIO , PECCATO CHE IL SOFWARE SIA SONO IL LINGUA INGLESE , SAPREBBE MEGLIO IN ITALIANO .

So, I tried for two weeks now the ring and it works pretty well. The battery least enough (more or less on charge every 3 days). The tracking fuction are definitely good and precise. Besides that even the look is good slightly bigger than a normal ring.

Don't waste your money on this smart ring. Tracking is awful on all fronts. Purchased October 2023, leaving a review December 2023. Only records a small potion of any work out leaving you with really inaccurate info, which is really frustrating.Scratches, scuffs, dents and tarnishes so easily, even if extra care is taken. They claim it's made of titanium, which is hard wearing metal - hmm, not so sure about that. I was told that my query with regards to tracking would be passed to the tec team for further investigation, which was over a month ago, so maybe the tec team are stationed in the moon as heard nothing since from them! I've gone back to my smart watch as this was so bad.

Update 10/02/24 - PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR GLOSSY ADVERTISING - I returned their product on the 02/01/24 after they requested that I do so, because I logged a dispute with PayPal. It was to an address in Italy, which my tracking info shows was finally delivered on 26/01/24, however PayPal have been of no assistance claiming I haven't returned the item so are unable to refund me, despite my having evidence of the return. Since my first review back in December 2023, Gloring have actively worked to discredit & removed my genuine customer experience from Trust Pilot. Just make sure you verify your review if requested by Trust Pilot to avoid it being removed with just a screenshot of your receipt so others can research & avoid this disingenuous company & their product. They also block and removed any negative feedback on their social media pages, which should be a clue in itself. I will not buy another smart from any other provider at this time after my encounter with Gloring. If you do want to buy a ring, please stick with the more well known & reputable companies, just pay a bit more to avoid disappointment.

I read a lot of reviews that are clearly “bias reviews”. But here are the facts. Gloring and Amovan (on Amazon) are really a rebranded product from a Chinese knockoff company called Shenzhen Four Seasons This knockoff product sells on Alibaba.com for $49 a piece in quantities of 500. I’ve had the product for 2 days and could not find anything on this until it shipped from China with the company’s name on it. All I needed it for was a heart rate monitor while exercising and it gave me numbers from 98-165 bpm within seconds of each other. And stuck on 107 for most of the workout. I’m also not a fan of having to load a Chinese app on my IPhone for fear of data theft. Now you know enough information you can google the rest for yourself.

Update 03FE24: one month after purchase the ring doesn’t work anymore. What a piece of junk…. And btw, Gloring keeps disputing the review to keep it from getting posted by bouncing it back.

Does not ship in a timely manner and arrival, per shipping policy, will not arrive by quoted date. When asked about delays, response is that they are still "considering" my order. What needs to be considered? Asked for order to be cancelled and no response. Appears to be poorly managed business - be warned, shop elsewhere.

Ho acquistato lo smart ring convinto potesse essere un valido supporto per il controllo dello stato di salute generale e per aiutarmi a meglio gestire i tempi di recupero dopo i vari sport che pratico ma purtroppo si è rivelato non adatto per chi come me svolge attività quotidiane e di una certa intensità. Ho così chiesto il reso e subito mi hanno risposto indicandomi un loro referente in Italia a cui spedire il pacco risparmiando tempo e costi. Appena consegnato e verificato mi hanno scritto che il reso con il rimborso era stato accettato e che nell'arco di 5 gg lavorativi sarebbe arrivato e così è stato. 5 stelle per la correttezza, la serietà e la velocità di comunicazione. 3 stelle per l'anello che è sicuramente molto valido per il monitoraggio del sonno ma probabilmente più adatto a persone che fanno una vita più "tranquilla" della mia... Sono dispiaciuto perché mi piaceva come oggetto da portare e speravo potesse essermi utile, chissà forse in futuro ci saranno degli upgrade che lo renderanno performante anche per un utilizzo più impegnativo. Per ora grazie alla Gloring è stata comunque un'esperienza positiva!

Pubblicità sul sito: ordina oggi e in due giorni riceverai l'anello! Scrivo....mi dicono che la policy di consegna e 4-6 giorni lavorativi. Passano...era x un compleanno....passano due settimane lavorative...arriva. chiedo la possibilità di un cambio: nessun problema, a mie spese....rinuncio! Mai più! Amazon e' tutta un'altra cosa....e purtroppo unica, specie nei tempi di consegna
