Gloring Store 

Dopo avere contattato gloring store via mail senza ottenere risposta, mi vedo costretto a rendere pubblica la mia esperienza. In breve, il dispositivo ha un malfunzionamento nella misurazione dell'HRV, ciò comporta continui tentativi di misurare il suddetto valore. Conseguenze: l'anello attiva i led del sensore di continuo e per decine di minuti (molto fastidioso di notte al buio) esaurendo la batteria in 24/36 ore.
Ho segnalato il problema senza ottenere risposta, ho chiesto la sostituzione del dispositivo, ovviamente senza ottenere risposta.

The ring died within a month.

I sent it back and then had to chase for a response.

Something was allegedly eventually posted back to me but lost in the Italian postal system somewhere, at which point all contact with Gloring stopped.

I've reached out to their customer service several times, and I've always received a quick and polite response to my questions within a day.

Absolute scam…ordered 16 Feb supposed to be delivered on 28th. I kept emailing & 4 times they promised revised dispatch dates which never happened. I gave up & requested a refund (twice) at which point they stopped responding. Opened a case with PayPal who were excellent & have issued a full refund (after the appropriate review period).

Buona la misurazione dell'ossigenazione.
Monitoraggio del sonno non precisissimo, a volte se mi alzo per andare in bagno, non segna che mi sono svegliato.
Ampia gamma di esercizi da monitorare.
Monitoraggio dei passi forse sovrastima di un 10%
Batteria dura 4gg in realtà e non 7gg come dicono.
Peccato solo non aver integrato anche NFC per pagamenti

Only the the ring for 8 days and the gold platter is coming off! Customer Service says they will not accept the return due to " Accidental damage or any improper use that can harm the product".
Don't buy the ring!

Des voleurs, une immense arnaque, ils vous envoie une bague de pacotille, pas la bonne taille, vous la renvoyez, payez les frais de Poste et ne vous rembourse pas !!!

Un conseil, si vous ne voulez pas perdre de l'argent, choisissez une autre marque et lisez les commentaires. Après assumez votre commande si vous n'êtes pas content.

I‘ve ordered 1 1/2 months ago and still didn‘t recieve anything!! They also don‘t reply as I requested a refund twice already. Clearly a scam and not serious!!

The ring has not arrived, 5 weeks after ordering and taking my money. No one answers emails or responds. I have chased and followed up 5 times.
I have raised a complaint.

Die Pulsmessung ist bei sportlicher Aktivität völlig unplausibel.
Die Überwachung der Schlafqualität ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Selbst bei absolut schlechtem Schlaf wird dieser als exzellent ausgewiesen.
Der Support reagiert nicht.

The battery life doesn't quite meet the stated duration of three to four days; it's more like two days for me.

Pur non avendo ancora il prodotto a mie mani mi sembra doveroso segnalare la mia esperienza di acquisto in sè è per sè viste le diverse critiche.
Conosco molto bene l'articolo (amico che lo utilizza) ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente.
Soprattutto (ma non solo), se per l'attività specifica si hanno altri dispositivi tracking per lo sport (es. triathlon nel mio caso).

Ordered a ring for my birthday. Took good number of weeks to arrive but I was expecting that so that’s fine. Ring was great at first - I mainly wanted it to track my movement without wearing an ugly tracking watch. Then 3 weeks after I started wearing it the battery started dramatically dropping and it would go from 100% to 0% in less than 8 hours, so couldn’t even get me through a day at work. Charger worked fine, so it was a ring issue.

I reached out first to the company via email. They were polite and responsive initially. I did everything they asked and also provided evidence by screen shotting the app with the battery throughout the day with the time on my phone. They told me to raise a return form online. I did - and then radio silence. I heard nothing back and they stopped replying to me emails. I was left with a faulty products within less than 30 of delivery.

End result - I raised a charge back claim with my bank to get a refund. No way were they stitching me with a faulty product and ignoring me.

Don’t recommend. Choose one of the many other ring alternatives now on the market. Even if they cost a bit more.

Pessimo device dopo 2 settimane posso dire: misurazioni sbagliate completamente nonostante sia indossato correttamente! (Misurazioni BPM confrontate sia a mano che con altri strumenti tutti in linea tranne l’anello) anello che non si può resettare per provare a correggere misurazioni e assistenza cortese ma inutile (no fa fare reso nonostante evidenze, non si può tatare) una cinesata costosa

Prodotto bello a vedersi. La spedizione è stata precisa. Purtroppo il battito cardiaco non è reale. L'Apple Watch ed il Saturimetro mi hanno dato entrambi 55 battiti, il Gloring 98, completamente non affidabile.

Une arnaque, j’ai déposé plainte pour escroquerie. Avertissez VISA ,Mastercard sur ce site pour qu’il soit sur la liste noire et que plus personne ne se fasse arnaquer. Isabelle

It stays charged for 5 days, and if you recharge it every three to 4 days, it works perfectly without any problems. Unlike a watch that needs charging every day, this one is much better.

My NY Ranger 1994 ring came today. After waiting a month and a half I ordered the ring with a wood ring holder. Nope. The ring came in a flimsy ring holder. Of course I paid extra for the wood holder. The ring seems acceptable but the company miss represented the ring online. It was painted on the Leetch side with the Ranger logo in Red and white. BS. I will never purchase anything from this site. I requested status on my purchase NEVER receiving a response.

eine Mail, dass der Gloring anscheinend versendet wurde.
Bevor ich nicht den Ring bekommen habe, werde ich diese Bewerrtung nicht zurücknehmen. Wenn sich Paypal nicht eingeschaltet hätte, hätte ich von diesem Hersteller nie wieder was gehört.

Uno spettacolo!!! Esattamente quello che cercavo e che speravo di trovare. Un oggetto efficace preciso e comodo. SUPER
