Unfortunately the battery life is far from where they advertise it. I’ve emailed to request a refund but after only just a month, the battery isn’t under warranty.

So it’s advertised at 7 days, pretty good, but, the average I can get from it is 36hrs!! This is without using it for any of its features, eg, sports tracking. If you use it to track any sports activity over an hour it won’t last the activity.

Luckily I use it for sleep tracking and just average day activities, which it’s great for. I actually really like the ring, the fit, the style, the features, it’s just the battery isn’t anywhere near where it’s advertised.

Another example, fully charged before bed, 40% battery drained when I get up.

I did have one reply to an email but after I answered and sent evidence, they’ve just ignored me. Shame, like i say, really like the ring if it wasn’t for the terrible battery life.

Updated due to Gloring trying to discredit me. Order number #9156.

Reasons why not to buy this product:
- I requested a refund and was ignored by customer support (still haven't heard anything)
- The gold came off after about a week of wearing the ring
- The charger broke after about a week (again nothing from customer support)
- It took a month to arrive (clearly shipped from China)
- Gloring are trying to discredit me saying there is no order affiliated with my purchase.

Do not waste your money, this is complete scam. Whoever set up Gloring is making significant profit selling on a cheap product. AVOID. Its not a million miles off a similar product I bought for £15 on a cheap wholesale site.

Lleva más de un mes intentando que me solucionen un problema con el anillo .
He tenido que enviárselo pagando los gastos , el anillo no ha llegado tienen mi dinero y el anillo .
La batería del anillo no pasa de los 3 días. Estado información engañosa .

Non sapevo cosa aspettarmi. Ho sentito parlare degli anelli smart ed ho iniziato una ricerca. Avevo quasi deciso per il concorrente famoso ma poi all'ultimo ho ribaltato la scelta su gloring. La spedizione è stata velocissima, ordinato sabato e arrivato martedì. Il servizio clienti che ho contattato più volte risponde sempre entro 24 ore (anche prima se si pone una domanda su fb tra i commenti di un qualsiasi post sponsorizzato) quindi posso dire che da questo punto di vista è un'ottima azienda. L'anello ha una batteria che è durata 4 giorni (potrebbe durare di più se non si fanno rilevazioni manuali e non si monitorano gli allenamenti quindi anche da questo punto di vista onesti nel dire 4-7 giorni). Sto ancora valutando l'accuratezza delle rilevazioni e anche se non sono precisissime trovo il prodotto valido perché non mi aspettavo la stessa precisione di altri strumenti. Non regge allenamenti intensi, inoltre barre e bilancieri lo rigano immediatamente (successo al primo allenamento). Consigliato ad un pubblico che ama tenersi in forma e guarda alla propria salute. Attendo con impazienza di vedere i prossimi aggiornamenti.

Uso l’anello da pochi giorni. Non posso dare per ora nessuna recensione. È stato difficile trovare la taglia giusta nonostante abbia seguito la guida alle taglie. Ho dovuto per questo restituire L’anello gratuitamente. Il secondo cambio ho dovuto pagare 50 €. Queste le politiche della società. Il servizio clienti è stato gentilissimo e velocissimo nel rispondermi alle domande fatte.

I'm still observing but i already see some issues that surely will be fixed in the next releases (hopefully upgradable also in my ring!!!).

The battery is lasting only a couple of days, and the notification of low battery is not working.

The tracking of activities button is not always working properly: sometimes is grayed out for no clear reason, some other times after starting the tracking the stop button disappears, some other times it tracks only some metrics but not all of them (i.e. is measuring steps and calories, but not heartbeat). Up to now, it worked properly only 25% of the times.

Translation into italian has some mistakes

Sleep monitoring is a little confusing: one night i slept only 4 discontinued hours, and the app told me the quality of sleep was excellent

I followed the instructions to measure my finger and ordered the recommended size, and it fits perfectly - just follow the directions. I purposely let the battery run completely down, and it started working again as soon as I charged it up. In other words, it works exactly as you'd expect, collecting heart rate, blood oxygen, and other metrics through the application.

This ring performs just as effectively as any other fitness tracker I've tried. It's stylish and fits perfectly for any ring size. Setting it up was easy, even without a manual. I can go about a week before needing to recharge it. It's a great tracker and offers excellent value for the price.

Buone notizie...poco fa ho ricevuto una mail nella quale l'azienda ha aperto la procedura di reso e sostituzione (già arrivata la lettera di vettura per la restituzione).Si è trattato per lo più di una serie di incomprensioni e fraintendimenti che hanno portato a una situazione di stallo, situazione superata nel migliore dei modi come sopra descritto. Un plauso al GLORING SERVICE TEAM

L'anello è bello, leggero e comodo. La mia esperienza con l'assistenza è stata ottima: avevo bisogno di effettuare un cambio taglia e quando ho avanzato la richiesta ho ottenuto risposta in tempi rapidissimi, per lo più di sabato. Il nuovo anello è arrivato dopo circa una settimana.
Veniamo alle note dolenti:
Batteria: non arriva a 4 giorni.. All'inizio ti frega in quanto la app indica ad esempio il 40% di carica al mattino e dopo poche ore l'anello risulta completamente scarico.
Attendibilità: premesso che non ho la possibilità di confrontare i dati con altri tracker, sicuramente quelli sul sonno non sono attendibili. Registra l'addormentamento quando sono sul divano a guardare la TV ed il risveglio quando mi alzo..
In conclusione, più bello che valido

Ring doesn't log anything correctly at all. I bought it for the heart rate, steps and sleep measurements and all are incorrect. Sometimes it doesn't record anything at all even though it has battery. I've tried to get a refund but after a few replies they just ignore me now. Please don't waste your money on this item. Trying g to get a response is also a joke. You just get asked to try everything you have already told them you have. 48 hour response! I had to wait over a week and then only after two extra prompt emails.

Hi.No connection with the app. it does not work

Doesn’t feel right on the finger. Was wearing it constantly but for some reason doesn’t feel nice. The size also I consider on a smaller size following the guide when buying so its a pain to take it off. The app doesn’t give you notifications about anything so each time you want to see an overview- you need to go to the app. Does it measure everything- yes. Was I expecting something better- yes

Only used it for a few days but it gives me all the information I need without losing out on wearing my designer watches

Please do not use this company. I returned an item (return was authorised by them on e-mail) on 29th January 2024 (and have proof of delivery to them) yet I am still awaiting my refund for £189. I have tried contacting Gloring by e-mail numerous times and have had no response.

El anillo no cumple su uso, si te lo pones para hacer deporte ya no te dura ni un día la batería. Poner en contacto con el departamento de atención al cliente es inútil, la mitad de veces no te responden y si lo hacen no te dan ninguna solución. No hay donde reclamar para poder solicitar una devolución o que te devuelvan el dinero. No compré este anillo, 199€ no es un precio con para que encima no solo no funciones sino que no puedas si quiera hablar con atención al cliente. Lamentable sinceramente
