Empresa muy poco seria, hice una reserva con 6 meses de antelación empezando el alquiler un domingo, al llegar a la oficina estaba cerrada y nadie nos dio una solución hasta el día siguiente. Alquilamos una furgoneta tipo doblo, y nos dieron un Fiat Agea, con menor maletero y muy incomodo para viajar cinco personas. Por todas estas molestias nos "compensaron" con 35€...

Go directly to the larger more known companies. I booked a car Via the ryan air website which uses global Rent-a-car.

I arrived at the airport late evening with the wife and our 5 month old baby and a very unhelpful lady in the global desk told me they did not have a car for me despite my booking was done and confirmed 2 months in advance.

Ended up paying premium price with another company at the airport which global said they would refund over the phone. Its been 2 months and still no refund even though I am 100% sure I did everything correct from my side. PS also do not rent cars via the RYAN AIR website

Scam. Their prices were slightly lower so we fell for it. They gave us a broken car, broke down in the middle of the road. They didn’t even apologise forget refunding our money regardless our efforts. Worst service and real thieves.

I have been charged for damage I did not do. I rented a car for 2 weeks, they took money for damage which I did not do. they are treacherous crooks and thieves sent me pictures of damage from several cars.please be careful with these thieves and scamers I am still surprised that you still have clients, after such scams you do by sending photos of different cars that nobody will get upset you have a good deceptive team that takes a picture and describes your scams I think that such people are in a prison, not in service

At the pickup they asked for a deposit of 500PL (in case penalties had to be applied).
15 days after returning the car no refund of my deposit was done. I asked for information and, as an anwer, further 300PL were taken from my card.
They are replying to my email automatically, procrasting the verification by 30 days:
"Dear Customer,

Thank you for your message. We would like to inform that your application will be processed up to 30 days from date of receiving this message.

*This is an automatically generated message. Please do not reply."

I'm filling a dispute form but of course I won't take them to trial for 800PL, which is what they count on.
They are basically a small time thieves to stay away from

They charge a low price when you book on-line but at the counter they demand to pay 3 times more for the extra not compulsory insurance.
Be careful. They make an issue if your credit card doesn't have a full name eg.if your name is long and the card issuer put the initials of your names or if you card will be expired less than six months. Mine was valid for the next 5 months and that caused a huge problem. They did not want to accept it. The situation will change if you take up extra expensive inurance, then you can use the same card to pay for it no matter that expire date is less than six months.

Helaas voelen wij ons ook erg genaaid.
Thuis alles netjes geregeld 120€ betaald, bij aankomst konden we niet met creditcard van mijn vrouw betalen omdat ik de bestuurder zou zijn. 90€ extra voor verzekering en 90€ extra voor volle tank, al met al 300€ Betaald voor 4 dagen.

Nadat we bij Hertz Lissabon geen auto meekregen omdat we geen pincode hadden van onze creditcard en we onze rondreis in Portugal bijna moeten annuleren. Werden we zeer goed geholpen door Tiago Vale v Global car en hadden we binnen 45minuten een nieuwe auto. Bij Hertz waren we al 2 dagen bezig en 170 euro armer en geen auto. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over global car tot nu toe

Waardeloos bedrijf.
Als je via booking.com een auto bij hun regelt dan "kennen" ze de verzekering niet die booking.com heeft/aanbiedt en moet je deze nog eens extra betalen.
Personeel. Is ook nog eens onvriendelijk.

So it all started when I made a mistake and booked a car in another airport. There are 2 in Warsaw, and I booked in the wrong one. Ok, I understand, thats my mistake. I asked is there a possibility to solve the problem on the place and received an answer “ no, it is your mistake”. Ok. We decided to go to that second airport, but the worker said to us, that this will be expensive and he suggests us to take a car here. He also called to the second airport and said, that there’s no need to go there , because our car will be taken by the time wi will arrive there. So I lost the money for my booking, there was no any attempt to help us ( I was with 3 kids and wife). I know my mistakes, but the service was terrible, I really don’t think, that there’s no customer friendly solution inside one company , that could help us. I wrote a letter to customer support, no answer from there also. Horrible service, really horrible attitude to customers.

Wat een slecht bedrijf, geen vriendelijk personeel. Slechte service. En ze proberen je van alles extra aan te smeren.
Nooit hier een auto huren!

On arrival they gave me the keys to DAMAGED car. I demanded alternative, but this was refused.
Demanded to record all the damage, then came damage sheet with only HALF the damage (so who is paying later?!).
Under protest uSe the car, then also 4th gear of motor didNOT perform. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS !!!

Auto z rezerwacji przez rentacar. global rent nie wydalo mi samochodu bo sie spoznilem o ponad 1 godz.tylko jak je mialem odebrac auto skoro stoisko firmy bylo zamkniete i musialem czekac az ktos przyjdzie.
zaplacilem ponad podwojna stawke za inne auto zlodzieje nie polecam nikomu wypozyczalni.

SCAM!! Global Portugal in Lissabon. They make you responsible and pay for damage that you did not make! And besides that they invent prices for the damage! A scratch was €100, but MAYBE it was broken so he made it €200. If it was broken, it would be €575. What a bargain. resembles negotiating in the market

We booked a car on my wife's Credit Card to pick up in Poznan via Ryanair with full insurance. ( CDW, 3rd party,and Theft protection) and like for like fuel. On arrival in Poznan my wife had to show her Credit Card for identification. Operator said the card had less that 6 months validity ( 5 months and 2 weeks) and therefore cannot be accepted as ID, BUT straight offered to pay, with the very CC, for a full tank of fuel for £100.00 and Global insurance £40 as the only condition to be able to rent a car (refund for cancelled contract was not possible - the full amount would be lost).
To add insult to injury the car was not cleaned inside or out, and I used a maximum of 10 litres of fuel in the four days we were there. Worst experience I have ever had from a car rental company. After reading plenty of reviews, seems that we're not the only ones with whom this sharp practice was exercised.

Compagnia un contratto di noleggio auto, con ritiro del mezzo presso l’Aeroporto di Keflavik - Islanda, per il periodo 05 settembre 2021 – 15 settembre 2021. Alla data convenuta, presso la locale sede dell’Agenzia di noleggio, la prenotazione del mezzo, stando alle dichiarazioni rese dal personale in questione, non era stata comunicata da codesta Spett. Compagnia all’Agenzia tramite il sistema informativo dedicato, talchè il mezzo in parola risultava, all’atto pratico, non disponibile al ritiro.
L0 scrivente, avvalendosi della collaborazione del personale della locale sede dell’Agenzia di noleggio, tentava a più riprese di contattare il numero telefonico contrattualmente indicato ai fini della segnalazione del grave disservizio occorso, che risultava, tuttavia, non attivo ai fini della dovuta interlocuzione. Il grave inadempimento contrattuale in questione, a termine di innumerevoli tentativi operati dal personale dell’Agenzia di noleggio di reperire un mezzo alternativo si risolveva nella messa a disposizione di un veicolo di piccole dimensioni, reperito nella circostanza come estremo rimedio, tenuto conto dell’indisponibilità di mezzi nel periodo turistico di maggior richiesta in Islanda. Il ridetto mezzo alternativo, oltrechè qualitativamente inferiore come comfort e dimensioni rispetto a quello contrattualmente prenotato, richiedeva il pagamento immediato di gran lunga superiore a quello originariamente opzionato. I fatti come circostanziamente riportati, costituivano oggetto di puntuale segnalazione tramite mail e pec cui non seguiva alcun riscontro.
La questione è attualmente in contenzioso...nel frattempo diffidate nella maniera più assoluta dal rivolgervi a questa compagnia, totalmente inaffidabile e priva di alcuna professionalità.

I just received a message, three weeks after returning tha car, that there was damage to the lowest edges, absolutety rubbish. It just makes me so mad when somebody tries to steal from me. Never never again!

Obrzydliwa firma. Obsluga klienta zerowa.
Gdy zglosilam sie po odbior samochodu okazalo sie ze nie moge uzyc karty kredytowej wobec tego moglam wybrac inna opcje gdzie place wiecej i wykupuje od nich ubezpieczenie i jeszcze place na przod za paliwo. Zdecydowalam sie na ta opcje po tym jak zapytalam sie ile bede musiala za wszystko, w tej opcji bez karty kredytowej zaplacic, poinformowano mnie o kwocie do zaplaty, byla o wiele wyzsza ale jeszcze moglam sobie na nia pozwolic, zaplacilam karta debetowa. Tydzien po oddaniu samochodu dostaje od nich rachunek na prawie 500 zl z zapiskiem zgodnie z umowa. Tak dali mi cos podpisac na notepadzie ale to byl tylko ekran do zlozenia podpisu, dokumenty wyslali jakis czas po opuszczeniu biura. Okazalo sie ze Pan na lotnisku zapomnial mnie poinformowac i obciazyc jakas dodatkowa kwota zwiazana z tym wynajmemm, ktora wtedy w biurze przeoczyl i to nie zostalo oplacone. Od razu wyslalam do nich mailowa odpowiedz ze zostalam poinformowana o calkowitej kwocie wynajmu i ja oplacilam na miejscu i nie zgadzam sie z zadna doplata bo mnie na to nie stac i nie wypozyczalalabym od nich samochodu jesli bym byla poinformowana o tak duzych kosztach. Zero odpowiedzi od Global, kwota zostala bez mojej zgody pobrana z mojego konta. Jesli chcesz wypozyczyc samochod od bandy oszustow to Global rent a car bedzie najlepszym wyborem, jesli chcesz wiedziec za co i ile placisz to sugeruje znalezienie bardziej profesjonalnej firmy ktora Ci wypozyczy samochod i nie wysle potem dodatkowych paragonow za cos o czym nie byles poinformowany.

Wyporzyczam auto za każdym razem jak jak jestem w kraju i nigdy nie miałem problemów, aż do momentu kiedy skorzystałem z firmy flex auto było brudne obsługa była bardzo nie miła wręcz bezczelna na samo wejście zostałem zbluzgany za to, że spóźniłem się 59 i Pani która wynajmowała mi auto na lotnisku w Gdańsku stwierdziła że musiała czekać gdzie nie ma za to płacone. Potem stwierdzila że ubezpieczenie które kupiłem online się nie liczy i kaucja jest większa niż było napisane online online było 530 euro pani stwierdziła że jest 600 brytyjskich funtów zmusiła mnie do wydania extra 700 złotych aby wykupić jeszcze raz ubezpieczenie bo prawdopodobnie ubezpieczenie które kupiłem online nie jest ważne i bym musiał czekać za moją kaucja 6tygodno albo dłużej tak ze ,ostałem wręcz zmuszony do wykupu ubezpieczenia jeszcze raz nie dostając nawet informacji droga email. Auto było całe brudne i klejące od cukierków albo gumy . Obsługa bardzo nie miła jak już powiedziałem bezczelna którą terroryzuje klientów kupnem ubezpieczenia . Starałem się skontaktować telefonicznie ale obsługa jest również bardzo nie miła . Chciałem zaoszczędzić na wynajmie a okazało się że zapłaciłem 2 razy tyle co w innej firmie. Jeżeli chcecie wynajmować z tej firmy zastanówcie się 2 razy czy warto bo według mojego doświadczenia wolę zapłacić więcej online i mieć czyste auto oraz miła obsługę. Mam nadzieję że firma zajmnoe się szkoleniem pracowników jak rozmawiać z klientem. Najgorsze doświadczenie w moim życiu.

Nous avons eu la mauvaise expérience de passer par global rent car à thessalonique. Ce sont purement et simplement des escrocs.
Nous avons offert un voyage à notre fils pour ses 20 ans en Grèce. Nous lui avions réservé un véhicule par l'intermediaire de rent car filial de booking. Nous avions souscris une assurance complémentaire pour éviter les problèmes.
Quand ils ont voulu récupérer la voiture ,on leur a demandé un supplément de 275 euros car soit disant il ne pouvait prendre de caution sur la carte visa.
Étant pris en otage,ils ont été obligé de versé cette somme.
Coût global 200 euros de réservation plus 275 euros de surcoût dont 75 euros de caution qui par contre leur a bien été effectué.
Une anarque bien connu et cautionné par booking.
Pour bien comprendre leur mauvaise foi ,Nous avons obtenu le remboursement de 50 euros de la part de booking pour le surplus d'assurance versée à la réservation.
Quand on a rien à ce reprocher,je ne pense pas que l'on fasse ce genre de geste.
