I ordered since February and not gotten anything but they deducted from my account. How can zi cancel from them. Disgusting don’t order from them

They need a zero. The post office kept package because they said company used fake postage. I keep asking for refund and have not gotten a response yet.

They won't let me cancel.

I have sent maybe 15 emails so far.

They have an automated response.

I would give zero stars. I have tried over and over to unsubscribe yet they continue to send product…. Even after receiving confirmation my subscription was confirmed cancelled.
I’ve dealt with this issue for 2 months now.
I do not recommend this company.

I ordered a bottle of magnesium and have for 3 months tried to cancel them sending out more to me / each time they are not obeying my commands and are taking my money directly from my bank / PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT COMPANY / utter disaster !!!!!!

I initially signed up for a one-time purchase of vitamins, but to my dismay, I unintentionally ended up with a subscription I didn't want. After realizing I was still being charged €31 monthly, I promptly deleted my subscription. However, the vitamins continued to arrive, and charges kept being deducted from my account.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that I couldn't return the unwanted vitamins, even though their return policy clearly states otherwise. They assured me that my account would be deleted, yet I still received another shipment and charge this month.

To make matters worse, I've recently discovered unauthorized attempts to use my bank account, which forced me to block my card. The combination of the hassle with the subscription and this potential fraud has been incredibly stressful.

I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering their service. Buyer beware: make sure to monitor your subscriptions closely, as their customer service has been less than helpful in resolving these issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this company due to my frustrating experience with both their product and customer service.

This US based company is clearly a scam. They have continued to steal money from my 80 year old mother despite many requests to cancel the subscription.
Avoid this company

Be careful out there, it’s very difficult to cancel the subscription. Despite writing them 3 cancellations, they still continue to send me their products, and stealing my money !!!!

I ordered a one time purchase of magnesium as I heard really good reviews about it since then this company has been sending me two bottles a week and taking money out of my account! I’ve emailed 4 times to say my subscription is closed yet they won’t give me a refund! And also endured overdraft fees as money taken out this is most stressful and really unprofessional!!! Now I’ve read the comments I can see they are not helpful and same prob let keeps occurring very disappointed

I ordered a one time bottle of magnesium supplements advertised on the internet. 🛜

They all edge I enrolled in their subscription plan and plan to send me a bottle per month. This is false. I don’t need a bottle a month. When this bottle runs out I’ll order more. One bottle will last me 3 months or more.

I have contacted this company and told them to correct their mistake.

I got one bottle less then I ordered. I complaint and I wait over a week for a response, still nothing happen. Do not trust them, order at a different place!
