I didn’t ask for monthly payments didn’t receive the first order and got charged again for a second order when the first hadn’t come I tracked shipping and it said it couldn’t be tracked.

Son unos estafadores he pagado un producto que nunca he recibido.
Y me dicen que como ha pasado más de 90 días del pedido no me reembolsa el dinero.
Lamentable la gestión no lo recomiendo jamas

I have an order 8/20/26 to today 9/6/26 not yet received, I have emailed the company 3 times regarding the matter; still remained unsolved. I asked for my money back, still today; I don't get it. I don't believe this company to be legit! Bad business. Bad contact!
I will continue to demand my money back I have for magnesium, the buy 2 get 1. I will say more next time

Son unos ladrones y una estafa de página. Dicen que su ubicación es Miami , pagas en dólares y te envían el producto desde china. 10 días hace que hice el pedido y no ha llegado (ni va a llegar). Les he escrito por correo y en atención al cliente y no contestan. Yo voy a poner una denuncia y es lo que tendríamos que hacer todos para que no estafen a más gente.

Was sent to wrong address. Never got a refund!!They charged me again sent only 1 bottle. Have been give the run around. Have been trying to cancel. What a scheme

Extremely disappointing experience and zero transparency. It took over a month for my order to arrive, and on top of that, I was automatically enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription that was never clearly disclosed. They mislead customers with hidden charges. Stay away

I placed an order, received the order and now they're charging me a monthly subscription of $43AUD per month. I did not sign up for a subscription!! PLEASE STOP THIS DEDUCTION FROM MY CREDIT CARD! I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION.

You advertise 129 pill count. Your web site list only 30 pills per bottle. You need to fix that. Stop using bait and switch deceptive sale practices. If you have a good product let it stand on its own merit. THAT WHY PROPLE HATE SHOPPING ON LINE

Unbeknown to me, when I placed an order Glamara turned it into a subscription. I emailed them eight times before they agreed to cancel this. They are a very dubious company and you should keep well away from them. The products are shipped directly from China.

Eventually after eight emails the agreed to cancel the subscription, only to dispatch more pills the next month.

I placed my order on August 10th, 2026 today is August 21, 2026 and have not received it yet. I have emailed them at info@glamarashop I received couple of replies but no update on my order. After placing my order I noticed that my purchase has marked me for recurring order - In my emails I have been asking to confirm that there is no recurring order but they are not confirming. I am afraid that they will charge me for recurring order.

I have nothing to say about the product itself, but I had a lot of problems trying to cancel my subscription. After several attempts, I was finally able to cancel it through my bank and the BBB. Even after the cancellation, they continued sending the product and making unauthorized withdrawals from my account.

The subscription was officially canceled on August 13, and yet they are still charging my account and sending me the product.

Be very careful with subscriptions and make sure you monitor your account after canceling.

I purchased 12&1 magnesium and everything was going well until I noticed 29.99 pending on my account!! Forwarded an email and was ignored-repeatedly (I sent (4) emails) so I started an investigation… I kept getting emails trying to sale me more products! Terrible service-terrible company in my opinion.

Esta reseña no es por el producto, no lo he utilizado así que no sé cómo funciona. Mi queja es que en Junio lo ordené por primera vez y no me percaté que era una suscripción, en Julio cuando me doy cuenta que era una suscripción, me comuniqué con ellos para que la cancelaran. Ahora en Agosto me volvieron a enviar el producto. No me interesa y se los dejé saber en varios email. Entré en su página y no aparece que tengo suscripción.

Do not trust this company. I have repeatedly tried to cancel a subscription to their 12 in 1 Magnesium. They continue to back-and-forth email me (and waste my time) trying to get me to simply pause or delay. They are refusing to cancel my order. Again NEVER TRUST THEM or any company like them who PURPOSELY makes it impossible to cancel.

Do not buy Glamara Magnesium Complex. I have tried five times, in writing, to cancel my magnesium subscription, but they refuse to honor my request to stop debiting my account and shipping the product. They keep insisting that I continue using it and even offered me a discount to stay on. I do not want to continue. They are a huge headache.

My order is from July 11, 2026. As of 8/10/2026 I still have no product, no tracking # and no refund after I asked for one. NOW they have just charged me another $29.99 this month, I did NOT sign up for a subscription.
Beware buying anything from Glamara.

Further to my previous review, I have been contacted by Glamara saying they will "postpone" my subscription for the 12-in-1 magnesium (which was made inadvertently by their deceptive advertisement), not cancel the subscription as I have requested several times. I have received yet another bottle of these despite my requests to stop. When I contacted them initially to cancel, they sent a reply that was designed to intimidate me into "keeping up" with the supplement regime otherwise risk "metabolic crash". The latest email from them said they would be happy to "postpone" the subscription while I thought about it. My intention to cancel was clear from my first email to them. They took further funds from my account, unauthorised, so I am taking my own steps to ensure this does not happen again. Anyone thinking of dealing with Glamara, please read the reviews - I wish I had! And the 12-in-1 magnesium made me sick after 3 days use, so I cannot even use the product. Both bottles are IN THE BIN. When a customer makes it clear they do not want any further dealings with you and they still take money from your account, then they cannot be trusted, and having become ill from the supplements, I doubt the products can be either.
