The sleep product has been easy to use at night. I do not feel knocked out or strange. My evenings just feel a little calmer now.

The single order of Magnesium Complex somehow morphed into an unwanted monthly subscription. I contacted customer service via email of the issue, and almost immediately received a response canceling the subscription. The reason for the 3-star review is the rapid response from customer service, which was excellent, otherwise it would have been lower for the unwanted subscription.

Once I emailed back with the problem same day response and cleared the matter up

Awesome! This product works as advertised. I take mine at night before bed. I get a good nights sleep and wake up rested.

Christeen was prompt with her response to my interest in a particular product and answered my questions in great detail and offered further assistance with the ordering process which I was grateful for.

I am very appreciative of their customer service at Glamara! I had been charged for an order that I did not authorize and they looked after it right away and I received a refund for it. You don't get customer service that would rectify an issue that quickly and also an apology for the charge. Thank you so much Glamara!

Very poor customer service. Team members provided unresponsive answers to questions posed regarding my order.

This is an update on my original post for the 12-n-1 Magnesium complex. After going though a back and forth with Dandy at CS - them trying to give me a % of a refund and trying to gaslight me to continue to use product I DID NOT feel SAFE using - I got a refund minus S&H. I REFUSED to accept the % and also reported to company to my BBB. It's sad that I had to do ALL this just for them to HONOR what they promise on their website: 90 day MONEY BACK guarantee is a FRAUD.

Buyers' beware !!!

I paid for the 12-1 magnesium a couple of weeks ago. I keep emailing them that I haven't receive the items. When they finally got back, they told me the items have been delivered, but that was a lie. These people are just scammers, thieves ripping people off. They should be ban from doing business.

GREAT SERVICE, JUST TO MUCH PRODUCT

I purchased six bottles and discovered that one bottle is being shipped I'm told as a convenience so I don't run low. I never agreed to this and I'm not going to use six bottles in a month so I don't require this subscription that I never agreed to. However, they can't get that through their tiny MAGA like minds. Absolutely clueless when it comes to common sense. Do not do business with this outfit. The frustration is not worth it. If I could have given this review zero stars I would have.

Los tres primeros frascos que solicité contenían 60 cápsulas. Los nuevos envíos solo tienen 30 cápsulas. A razón de 2 diarias, solo hay prescripción para 15 días y no para un mes. Esto no es lo que necesito. Tendre que rescindir el pedido.
