Los tres primeros frascos que solicité contenían 60 cápsulas. Los nuevos envíos solo tienen 30 cápsulas. A razón de 2 diarias, solo hay prescripción para 15 días y no para un mes. Esto no es lo que necesito. Tendre que rescindir el pedido.

No he visto nada diferente al contrario me causo estreñimiento del cual no padecía además solicite me cancelaran subscription ya q no quiero mas envío de un producto es engañoso nada d lo q dicen es real .

It gives me what I need

Producto en fase de ver resultados. Aún no he terminado un bote(30 ud). El envío tarda algo más de lo que debería. El precio se sube a 34€, en España. Más caro de lo que se publicita. Hasta tomar 3 botes, no creo que se note mejoría, aunque espero sea antes.

Todo bien. Tardo un poco más de lo habitual, pero bien.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

I purchased this product/service as a ONE-OFF transaction. At no time did I knowingly agree to or authorise an ongoing monthly subscription.

I later discovered that AU $42.03 had been deducted from my account on 24 August 2026, with the transaction showing as “selling_plan_name: Monthly Subscription.”

I contacted the company repeatedly asking for three very simple things: cancellation of the subscription, a full refund of the AU $42.03 taken from my account, and written confirmation that no further payments would be deducted.

It took EIGHT emails before the account was finally cancelled.

Even more unbelievable was their response regarding the refund. I was effectively told that they were “too small a company” to offer refunds.

Being a small company is not, in my opinion, an acceptable excuse for refusing to refund a customer who clearly states that they did not knowingly agree to an ongoing monthly subscription.

Customers should not have to send email after email just to get a basic issue addressed, nor should they have to fight to recover money they believe should never have been deducted in the first place.

The whole experience has left me extremely disappointed with both the company and the way this matter was handled.

I certainly WILL NOT be recommending this company or any of its products to anyone.

Think very carefully before purchasing, and make absolutely sure you check whether you are being signed up to any recurring subscription.

Might be placebo but it seems to work

Tienen muy buen servicio de atención al cliente, me han respondido enseguida y aclarado todas las dudas que he tenido desde que hice mi compra. Es una empresa de habla inglesa y yo no hablo ni escribo inglés y en mi último correo tuvieron el buen gesto de contestarme en español. Muy contenta y agradecida por ello 👌

An auto ship was generated without my knowledge. Haven’t been able to really take product yet due to my Dr. saying how Magnesium affects the heart. But called and texted company. They were quick to respond and correct auto ship problem and give a full refund.

Do not buy from this company thay keeps sending me emails when the subscriptions have been cancelled by themselves..... After multiple tries with them not being helpful.... but they keep sending me more and more emails stating there's orders going out very very shoddy work I have reported them to the fraud team....

I received exactly what I payed for and in a reasonable time. They did have me on a repeat delivery , I did not want that and they rectified it quickly.

Love it but my feet is swelling though ..
