Worst company! One paid expedited shipping. Took over a week to ship. The had to return it and now fighting to get a refund. .do not deal with this company. Not able to call and talk .only chat ND email they don't respond to. Horrible company. Going on 3 weeks .

Part did not fit. They offer returns within a 30 day period, I tried to return the part within this time frame, but they have not responded. Customer service is nonresponsive.

They go by getrepairparts.com and yourpartsteam.com.

I ordered a wiring harness for my truck, waited 3 weeks and emailed them. I was told they were experiencing “unprecedented delays” ordering parts and it could take 4-5 days to get the parts in and then ship them. Waited another 2 weeks and now I am canceling my order. do not use them, they are scammers

I think you need to be an informed shopper these days to have a great experience. Mainly, be sure to order the correct part. That is the most important thing. If problems arise when making an incorrect choice, that is on us, not the vendor. I had a great experience, despite what I read here from less fortunate buyers.

Worst auto parts company in the whole world. I only left one star because I had no other choice

OEM is not a stocking parts supplier, they are a 3rd party vendor. I experienced 2 issues. 1st. they advertised a 4 pack of Motorcraft spark plugs for $8.88.Needed 2 packs (8). They sent 2 spark plugs amounting to $19.00. Requested return, which they authorized, but was almost impossible to do. 2ndly, I ordered an oil cooler and coolant manifold, which at time of order claimed "in Stock", not true! "Once contacted(6 days after initial order) they admitted they don't stock parts, we are a 3rd party supplier" took them 7 days to process order, four additional days to receive my parts. This company is borderline fraudulent. I will never use again, thanks for the lesson.

The first thing I don’t like about this fender is you cannot call and talk with anyone had I known that I would’ve never ordered from them. next, it takes some days before you can get your refund back on returns and you must pay shipping on any returns. So my word is I will never buy from this company again. They need better customer service. Other than chat!

This company is the worst.
They send me a broken intake for a 2011 crown vic
Then I chat with someone who assured me I would get a email with information on a replacement part and I never received an email and now they won't answer any of my emails regarding this so I am stuck with a 500 dollar intake that is cracked and useless.
They are horrible and I will be leaving reviews from all of my email addresses regarding this .

Order a part 1 week ago was told it would be here by now. Still no part and the status of the order just says in progress no eta. I have sent messages and no response from the company. But they did take my money fast.

Bought an egr valve for a 6.7l powerstroke, told 2-4 days before shipping. 5 days later after not hearing anything I ordered another one from a local parts store. I emailed getoemparts to cancel my order, they told me it was already shipped and I would have to pay to send it back if I wanted to return it. Pathetic customer service.

This is a scam, I was stupid not checking the reviews I filed with my credit card company

I ordered my coil springs Nov 1, 2023 and contacted them on Nov 6, 2023, due to the 3-4 day statement of shipping. I had no springs and there phone number was not working so I thought I was getting scammed. I was 100% sure I was. They have a few bad reviews that I found as well. Chat Tony, told me I was getting my springs, but tracking said different. I was upset and I had an attitude. I received my coil springs today Nov 18, 2023, as they promised. I was extremely happy that I didn’t get scammed. Huge thank you for being trustworthy and honest. I regret my attitude and my untrusting behavior. Company is reliable. Thank you GETOEMPARTS.COM

3 weeks with no information, no parts, all while they had my money in their hands. Only information ever received was after countless attempts to connect with online chat service (which would work 1 out of every 10 tries). Never proactive updates, only reactive after I got through the chat. All information given was always vague and useless. Was first told via email 1 week after order placed that one part was unavailable and they would have to adjust invoice and shipping. 2 weeks later still no adjustment or refund for that part/shipping. Once I was able to get through chat system, was told order was on hold but individual that could help me had left for the day. Then told they would have someone get back to me with further information. Very disappointing service. Not at all reliable.

Tried to charge me $500 for shipping 4 mud flaps and 2 very small running boards for Buick Enclave......then I read the reviews. Stupid me. Charged back my card. Don't order.

Order# 489343. I wish I would have checked the reviews here before ordering. They say parts are available but they really not. Their website says "Ridiculously Fast Shipping" but the lie detector says THATS A LIE! Placed my order over a week and order still shows "In progress" so I reached out to customer service, which by the way, they don't have a number you can call, only live chat support, I was greeted by online representative, William Fernandez, he looked into my order and told me that there was a delay with the manufacturer and that they should be getting the part within 3-5 days, which meant I would have to still wait another week or two before I get my part, that's a wait of a month to receive a part, I asked if there was a discount for such a long delay and he said "No", then I asked if they had a customer service number I can call into, he said "they are not equipped with phones for customer support" so I asked, then how can I speak to a Manager and he said "Hello, how may I assist you?" hahaha WOW, they are a joke! that's when I realized that there's no way I can trust this company with their horrible smart a$$ customer service reps, so I cancelled my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Worse buying experience I’ve ever had! Company has no direct line to contact a customer support specialist or to even place an order or to have questions answered. Their online chat assistant does not log in to answer questions or assist with requests. Emails are not answered? I sent numerous emails requesting my order be cancelled and refunded because the part didn’t ship after paying for it over 2 weeks. The part was on back order and I was never informed? They were sent plenty of emails to cancel and refund my payment well before the item shipped but they shipped anyways. FedEx would not refuse to pick the item up cause the shipper had to request that. Explained they don’t respond to customers so they picked the item up and shipped anyways. I filed a dispute with PayPal, my payment method, well before the item was shipped and they never replied to them either! Fortunately paypal did their thing and got me a return label and my refund. What a headache! Save yourself weeks of stress and being ignored and buy from an oem part company who has a phone number where you can speak to an agent. Gave a star because I had to to write the review. Otherwise I would’ve given zero! Terrible experience

This company has ZERO customer service! It seems that it is a scam. I ordered 2 Ford Escape Struts 2020 on a Sunday. I paid for expedite shipment $98.00. The company send me UPS labels on Wed afternoon, but it was for 2nd day dlvr, parts arrived Friday. Even thou I cnx the order via Email prior to UPS pickup, because they don't have a Tel number. Who to blame? me for trying to give a break to online sellers, but if I can help someone here... better. Good luck.

On august 15th I paid 55$ for expedited shipping. The shipping label wasn’t even created until the 17th. How is that expedited shipping? Especially since if I ordered the part right now, which is the 18th, it says I would receive it the same day as my previously ordered one!!!

This company has horrible customer service! I’ve placed multiple emails about my transaction without response. Finally after several disconnected chats they say the part was not for my vehicle. Fitment charts say’s different.
