Scam site. Got taken for $600 tried contacting them, just blocked me.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE.

$25 for shipping for spark plug wires. Two weeks to get them. I would recommend paying a little more for something and avoid this seller.

I ordered a part and got an email that it wasn't gonna fit my vehicle based on my vin number, I asked that they send me the part that does fit. After a few weeks they sent me a part that doesn't fit. Now I need to return the part I receive and hope that they do in fact credit my account. And, I need to place a new order for the part I need. Hopefully a month later I have the part I need and the accounting will check out. I guess that's why you pay more and get the part ordered from a local store.

I ordered a part on Oct. 6th 2024, every time I check to see if it has shipped it just says processing. I have emailed them several times with no response. I have asked them to call me since I haven't been able to find a phone number to reach them and nothing. I need my part or my money back.

After placing my order, I read all the negative reviews and was getting a little worried. However, I had no problems, order was placed on 25 September 24 and arrived on 4 October 24. Definitely the correct parts for my Nissan Titan and in original Nissan packaging with part numbers etc. I did provide VIN number when placing order, which is a good idea.

I would rate zero if I could. Says part are in stock but rep says they are waiting on a part. Also dont forget the shipping, handling and fee for making sure it fits your vehicle. Never again!!!!!

This company not only sent me the wrong part, they're extremely slow at replying to any form of communication. They also have very poor customer service support. Instead of simply paying for shipping and switching out the part for the correct one, they are making me, the customer, pay for shipping, then wait 7-10 days for a refund. So, not only do I need get the part I need originally, I end up getting refunded less money than I originally spent when you factor paying in shipping for their screw up.

It takes a while, about a week or two to get your parts but for older model cars you can't expect too much for aftermarket parts and decent prices. GetOEMParts done me a favor. Thanks GetOEMParts

When I placed my order, I received an email stating that they would ship it when they got it ready and confirmed it fit my vehicle. In just a matter of days I received another email stating that it was being shipped along with a tracking number. I received my order in 4 days after it shipped. To me that is very fast shipping considering I'm in Tennessee. I ordered all four belt moldings and they all are the correct size. They look of excellent quality and I can't wait to get them on my vehicle. I'm very happy that I placed my order with GetOEMParts.com. Very promp response and delivery. I will definitely order again with them if needed in the future. Thank you.

The Ford sun visor I ordered was exactly as described at a much better price than other online sites. I also received it in 6 business days. I am glad I didn't read the bad reviews before I ordered because my experience was nothing but positive. I have 3 Fords altogether aged 2007 through 2017. I will not hesitate ordering from getoemparts.com again.

Was told the parts were on back order. Then after 3 weeks they say they have the parts but now cost another $175 for shipping on top of the original $154 shipping already paid. This on an order for parts that cost $367 and for sure weighs less than 10lbs.

This is price gouging at the max.

I see a lot of negative reviews. I must be one of the lucky ones as I ordered some parts for a 2020 F350, approx. $300 in parts. I received all my parts, well packaged and they arrived within 3-4 days. I was notified with the USPS track no. via text. Best part was getoemparts has the best price, almost half off over what I was quoted at the dealer.

I ordered parts from this site many times in the past with no issues, and thought the bad reviews were from those customers who are never satisfied no matter what....that is until now.
Getoemparts notified me that the part I ordered was discontinued, so they will be sending me the updated version of that part. About two weeks went by and after a few emails and online chats they finally sent the part out, but it was the wrong item. Many emails and online chats came down to the same answer. "We sent the part that corresponds to your VIN." - THE PART NUMBER they sent matches my vehicle - not the part. After more emails and chats they agreed to have the part returned. After examining the returned part, they still won't acknowledge that they sent out the wrong part and or send the correct part....so I'm going to get a refund minus shipping..

Be very careful buyers! I made a purchase worth $325.00, they created a fake label, they sent the tracking that had been delivered and so far nothing has arrived in my mailbox. You can't get a response from customer service. Do not buy on this site.

Ordered on May 22nd and still have no part,, joke of a company,, do yourself a favor and use another part store or part website this one is a joke

They were very helpful for me. I ordered the wrong part but Ashley looked it up for me with my vin and ordered the right one. I even got a partial refund because the initial part I ordered was more expensive. I'll keep using them.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience with my order. Price was good until the charge of shipping. I thought I would get it in a two to three days. That never happened, I had to email and ask where is my shipping information, at that time I was toldcits on back order. Are you kidding me, they could have told at the of Purchase. Very aggravating. Horrible communication!

Same bad experience as all the others, been waiting 3 Weeks for a harness & switch. No response to emails or chat. Buy at your own risk. I fear the day the parts arrive, if they do, and are incorrect as looks like getting a refund is impossible as well

He came through with exactly what I order, these oem parts can be hard to come by.

Paid for expedited shipping and the product never arrived on the correct date. Using their chat only support, I found out that the product never even shipped, let alone on time. They have ZERO customer service. Chat only with some one based outside the US who immediately dropped the chat when I requested a refund. NO phone support at all. Not even an option to call someone. What a joke. Lots of other online stores to shop at. DO NOT buy from these guys.
