All I need is a small trim piece . Over priced 72 bucks .. but tirm parts are expensive. Shipping is 16 bucks for a small part. Claim they are in RI?There must be a Rhode Island in china. Waiting weeks for a silly plastic trim piece for outside mirror. What a joke. Wont use them again. They sent it via pony express good old sorry ass US mail for 16 bucks. I think they are making a nice profit on the pathetic 1692 postal service model . Lets see if it fits if and when I get it

Stay away from this company. The description of a part I ordered said it would fit my car. It was wrong and they want to charge me to return it and also charge a 15 percent restocking fee. Avoid them.

I purchased a auto part from this website, and the image of the part was different than the description. Based on the image, I made the purchase, and since it was the wrong part, I had to return it. Upon asking customer service if they would cover the shipping given the descrepency of the part description and it's image, they responded "The part literally says it's for the passenger side. if you bought it based on the picture alone and not the description and assumed that it was for the drivers side that is not our fault."

i order a fuel sending unit 2-11-25, shipping and tracking number provided on 2-20-25. received part on 2-24-25. installed fuel sending unit the same night. found out fuel sending unit reads in reverse polarity "meaning when float is upward it reads empty and when float is downwards it reads full". help support states i am responsible to ship back and will take 4-10 weeks if manufacturer deems if the part has a malfunction. i suggest to cut the middle man and spend a little more and go directly to the dealer.

Terrible place to order parts from. It looks like a store front for the buyer to buy the part. Then they order the part from someone else. The name is very deceiving. It is not OEM parts. They don’t have the parts.

I ordered my part on February 6 and noticed that an email had said that it was in progress "" to be shipped. After sending a chat to oemparts.com Tony had told me that the part wasn't in yet from the supplier. In these days of real time, logistics, I hate sitting for six days, not knowing that my product hasn't even been placed on a truck to come to my location it is an excusable for any company to sit and let the customer wait without letting the customer know that their third-party supplier had not yet gotten them the part to even ship that said I let tony atoemparts.com no that I was not happy with the purchase and that ifoemparts.com did not ship it by 3 PM central standard time. I would contact my bank and put a stop payment on the purchase based on falsehood and fraud.
Ironicallyoemparts.com miraculously found the part I ordered and sent me a FedEx tracking number. The item still has not shipped. Only a label has been produced and it's been six days if your customers can wait a week then by all means buy from this company if you can't wait a week And it doesn't upset you not to hear anything from a seller then by all means use oemparts.com I however, will give Ford Motor Company the extra $12 to know that it ships the same day that I order it .

Literally, bought almost $2,000 item, emailed them 3-4 times and it was not shipped within the 4 day period. And they email me back finally telling me if I do not want the order to tell them or there will be a 15% restocking fee. They replied from another email, not seeing my other emails.....Very poor service.

I have a 2020 F150 & I live in Atlanta GA when it snowed my oil pan cracked during the snow & leaked all my oil. So I went Advanced Auto Parts, Autozone, O’Rielys, NAPA, Summit & even Ford themselves & did not have an oil pan for a 5.0L V8 in stock. Ford said they can get one by next but for nearly 300$ while GetOEMPARTS.com had it on sale for 170$ it came with the oil pan & gasket that are sold separately to Ford & any other auto parts store. Despite the bad reviews on here I got my exact product in a timely manner & I’ll admit I had my doubts & my last resort was calling Ford to spend 300$ for the oil pan & gasket & another 900$ for install through Ford but they came through with my product & now I can save my money & do it myself. I don’t know every other reviewers situation but for me I got what I was looking for & it took a week to get to me so this rating is through my personal experience.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I saw the picture of the part I needed on their website, so I clicked on it and placed my order. What I didn’t know was that the part number didn’t match the picture. When the part arrived, it was immediately clear that it was not the correct one. I hadn’t even opened the package when I emailed their customer service.

Instead of taking responsibility for the issue, they insisted I pay for the return shipping. I explained the situation, but they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Instead, they blamed me, saying I should have "checked the VIN" or "contacted them before ordering." Why would I need to do either when I know the part I need and the picture matched? To make matters worse, they claimed the part number was on the confirmation email and even sent me a screenshot—but the part number was NOT there. This left me no way to verify the accuracy of the order beforehand.

Their dismissive attitude and refusal to own up to their error are unacceptable. After this experience and seeing their low ratings elsewhere, I regret ever doing business with them. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Avoid them at all costs!

Not only did they not attempt to ship my order until a week after placing the order, they then lied about the order being shipped. I checked with the shipper using the tracking number provided and the shipment never left their facility. They claimed the order was shipped and that the shipping company had not updated the status. I asked them to cancel the order they did everything possible to lie and cheat their way into not losing the order. When I said I would dispute the charges, magically the order was refunded and it never was shipped out as they claimed. These people are dishonest.

Warning: this is a 3rd party autobody. In stock doesn’t mean ships tomorrow. It took 2 weeks before my 2 ford OEM parts were shipped. Then, both boxes were aleardy opened…were these returned or used parts? Who knows. They worked, but it’s not worth the delay and headache.

Scam site. Got taken for $600 tried contacting them, just blocked me.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE.

$25 for shipping for spark plug wires. Two weeks to get them. I would recommend paying a little more for something and avoid this seller.

I ordered a part and got an email that it wasn't gonna fit my vehicle based on my vin number, I asked that they send me the part that does fit. After a few weeks they sent me a part that doesn't fit. Now I need to return the part I receive and hope that they do in fact credit my account. And, I need to place a new order for the part I need. Hopefully a month later I have the part I need and the accounting will check out. I guess that's why you pay more and get the part ordered from a local store.

I ordered a part on Oct. 6th 2024, every time I check to see if it has shipped it just says processing. I have emailed them several times with no response. I have asked them to call me since I haven't been able to find a phone number to reach them and nothing. I need my part or my money back.

After placing my order, I read all the negative reviews and was getting a little worried. However, I had no problems, order was placed on 25 September 24 and arrived on 4 October 24. Definitely the correct parts for my Nissan Titan and in original Nissan packaging with part numbers etc. I did provide VIN number when placing order, which is a good idea.
