Ordered part, shipping was more than the part itself. I was sent the wrong one and they said I would have to cover return shipping to receive a refund, which would cost more than refund I would receive. Total scam avoid at all costs.

then I deal with Dr autoparts LLC, then I found out doing some research they are Keisean Auto parts the address is someone's house, one month later still waiting for my part.
when you need a part just go and get it on your own so when you pay you get the part right there.
one day we will put our hand on this guys.
when I call with different number he answer the phone: here is the number I reached out to: 678-212-9569, be careful he will block your number after, if you have the technology try to track him down before he hang up. Good luck. I got scam big time...

Looked at several places online searching for a part because locally it would take a week for my dealership to get it. First place I looked at said it would take 4 days. GetOEMParts offered expedited service for $70. Placed order with them. Order stayed 'in processing' for a very long time - messages to them asking for an update went without reply, ignored. It took them 6 days to put the part in the mail (admittedly there was a weekend in the middle) with expedited service. When it arrived, it was in a box from the first place I looked at online, the one that said it would take 4 days. I basically paid them $70 to order it from this other company, take their time getting it in the mail, and then when I pointed out how slow their expedited service was, got refused any refund on the shipping cost. Terrible service from a company whose website claims 'Ridiculously Fast Shipping - We ship fast and we ship everywhere.' Would never do business with again.

I order a part for $220 on 05/15/2023 with a 3-4 business day shipping. It is now 17 days later and have not received the part. I have emailed them several times to get an update and no response. There isn't a phone number and the live chat just sends an email. I have sent this info to BBB and will continue on with warning about this company.
They obviously prey on people by using the OEM tag and assuming people have no defense to their scam.

Expedited shipping for $60 (2-3 day estimate given) and got SCAMMED! Still not shipped a week later. They dont have any information about where or what with the online chat portal that takes forever. I want my money back for the shipping.

They’re quick to take your money but slow to give you information or not at all about your shipment. Little to no customer service, let alone you have to stay on a chat screen waiting for excessive amount of time. No communication between the online representatives and the warehouse as to if they have items in stock, they rather say they have it to get you to spend your money at any means necessary.

i paid $61.65 for expedited shipping for two to three days. it took a week and two days to receive my part. i want reimbursement for expedited shipping costs! buyer beware!!

Do not order fro this "company". It is a scam company. You will order and pay for product, but you will not receive anything. They reuse old tracking numbers with UPS and say your package was shipped and delivered to an address that is not yours. When you call UPS for help, they say there is nothing they can do, package was delivered and they did their "job". UPS will not give you any information about "company". GetOEMParts has no phone # and when you use chat, they just lie to you. Stay away, do not order from this company, you have been warned.

Thanks for the reviews because I did not order the hummer valve cover with this company. I was lucky and check the reviews first.

I ordered a part that the website stated was in stock HOWEVER they took my money and never delivered the part.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

They sent me the wrong part. Went through their refund process and sent the part back in January. Never got the refund, but they got their part back. I have made several attempts to contact them and they wont respond. Beware, they are Scammers.

I had the exact same experience as Alex, who posted on January 30, 2023.

Fortunately, I was able to contact my bank and put the charge in dispute quickly enough to suspend the transaction.

ordered twice and got correct parts both times, good custmer service

BUY YOUR PARTS SOMWEHERE ELSE!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Part shipped AFTER the date it said it would arrive. I had to buy the part somewhere else. Put in a BBB complaint AND THEN they shipped the part. Now I have one part I don’t need and they want me to pay to ship it back for a refund. What a joke of a company and scanners!!

Ordered a part and found out I didn't need it, sent an email to the support email and got no response. Tried to contact the live chat function on the website and after awhile of sitting in a queue at the same time I finally got someone after my item shipped. The guy was completely unprofessional and didn't want to cancel the order at all. Now I have to wait until it gets here and request a return.

very slow and don't say the truth, unreliable, bogus tracking # I have ordered many parts after I ordered through you and arrived and yours is not, shame on you, your live chat does not respond, I just do not know why you are in business, just to mess people off I give you one star and you don't deserve it, last time I buy anything from you

Just plain terrible service. Purchase a water pump ($200 part) on 1/11/2023 as they indicated that it was “in stock” which was wrong. The order status still indicates this. I did receive a couple of responses but that stopped on 1/25/2023. Alerted PayPal and started the refund process. Purchased the new OEM part from Rock Auto and I will receive it in a couple of days for $20 less (getoemparts rips you off with shipping). Avoid them!

Ordered parts that showed in stock and fit my vehicle based on the info I provided for their parts match system. Submitted order and was contacted saying they don’t match, email was received from them in the morning, and I never got a response after I replied. Tried to call, you cannot call them. You have to submit your info to speak with a live chat rep, the line always shows 8 or 9 people and never moves. Order somewhere else!
