I ordered mine October 1, 20/1 and still have not received it.
Never recieved my product.
I still have not received my fit…
I still have not received my fit tracker. I ordered it on Oct 2. I received one update that said I would receive before Christmas. Today I went back to that email that I received at the end of November and it says I’ll receive around January 15. The company doesn’t get high marks because it is not good at communicating and managing expectations. I’m hoping that the product is better than the customer service.

I ordered on October 2nd and haven’t received the product. This review is solely on delivery experience. The latest delivery update now says Jan 15-30. Original delivery time was 2-4 weeks. I will update and review the product once received.

I’ve been sold a faulty scales they have told me first I would be able to get a refund then they tell me I can’t and now they are telling me I can return them I’ve been messaging them constantly since the 9/11/21 and today is the 13/12/21 and i am still waiting for the return label, so I will be taking this to trading standards as I can see excatley why this company has such bad reviews AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is pure rubbish and would give them zero stars !!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered my scales, 4 months later, I am still waiting. Excuse, after excuse. They keep pushing back the dates and won't deliver my product. They need to be reported and shut down
Absolutely appaling company and i wish…
Absolutely appaling company and i wish i'd checked the reviews on here prior to ordering as it seems everyone has had the same issues. Faulty scales delivered in September, after 10 weeks of back and forth emailing, with still no sign of a replacement, they have finally agreed to a refund, but i still dont have my hopes up if I'm honest. Customer service is usually an automated email response that just says they will check with 'fulfillment' and get back to you... of course they never do and tell you the same thing when you email again.
Latest mess up - i have now been told that my order was never shipped since the replacement order was cancelled - i requested a refund prior and was told i couldnt have one... so they essentially did just keep my money...
Reported to Trading Standards too, as another last ditch attempt to recoup the money this company has stolen.

Just a typical scale. The other feature do not work and the number changes constantly, it doesn't set.
Faulty product and no replacement after 6 weeks
Our scale arrived faulty. It's been 6 weeks and we still don't have a replacement. Please provide a refund or we'll have to take legal action.
I like the old FitTrack Pro iphone app…
I like the old FitTrack Pro iphone app better than the new one. Would like the option of using the old one, and shut off the notifications for the new one.
Utterly disappointed
Still can’t get it to record stats on my phone. Yes, it’s synced. Yes, I’ve tried uninstalling reinstalling the app. Yes, I’ve turned the scale completely off and back on. Yes, I’ve tried syncing it to other devices. I get bounced from one rep to the next who all tell me to do the exact same things, even though I’ve told them all, in advance I’ve already jumped through all of the hoops.
Buyer beware: New app and old app give opposite info
They recently had us upgrade to the new app and the readings are all opposite and it is so defeating to think i was making progress and now nothing. So disappointing! Customer service isnt helpful. I cant even get a refund since its past 30 days and the new app doesn’t work properly. What a waste of money.
DO NOT BUY - FRAUD & False Advertising
DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH!! I loved this scale at first when I got it, but after new the app release I realize this company is fraudulent and a scam. When I downloaded the new app was when the problems began. For starters, it wouldn’t sync my old data with the new app even though I logged in. Frustrating, but I thought oh well I still have the old app data. Then I tried to update my account information and the app just doesn’t work and it’s not possible to update your profile. Okayyy also annoying but not the end of the world. And then I weighed myself using the new app. The ranges of the metrics aren’t even close to what they used to be. So I decided to weigh myself with the old app (same day same time) and the weight is the same, but ALL of the metrics are completely different than they were on the old app. Body fat %, visceral fat, muscle mass, even standard weight and weight without fat (just to name a few…). None of them were the same on either app and they weren’t even close to each other. I wish I could return this garbage and get my money back. I would NEVER recommend this scale to anyone. Don’t waste your money.
