I was welcomed at reception and attended to on time.
The dentist interacted in a caring & courteous manner, asking relevant questions and keeping me informed at every stage.
They noted a small patch of irritation inside my mouth, asked if it hurt (it didn't) and made a follow-up appointment to check up on it in 2 weeks.
I was pleased by the overall cleanliness and ambience of the premises; and particularly noted the caring professionalism of the reception staff, dentist and dental assistant.

Clarity please
The experience of the welcome when arriving and the work by the hygienist was good. My only comment is I have been given different advise by different hygienists and dentist who all based at Genix Cirencester with regards to looking after my teeth and gums. Not to sure who to listen to. They seem to contradict each other. One says do it one way and then another tells me what I am doing isn't correct and I should be doing it a different way. Be good to get some clarity.

Went to Genix. Health care for my 6 month check up no issues with my teeth this. time. I was seen very quickly and the person seeing me was very kind in how he dealt with my check up. He asked me if I have any issues with my teeth I said no.

Years of pain and discomfort gone in 2…
Years of pain and discomfort gone in 2 short sessions, firstly a thorough examination and then a week later the problem tooth is gone, with a couple of bonus fillings included. Can’t praise Tomasz and his assistant enough, both of them friendly, helpful and calming while still being professional at the same time.
It has been magical to eat meals without having to worry about sudden pain shooting through my head.
I am keeping fingers crossed that both myself and my wife can be kept on the Genix client list for regular appointments and not just emergency visits.
