A LOVELY APPOINTMENT
Nobody seems to know where Mr Ramsden has gone from Dalton Dental Care, it's a tad disappointing that he isn't at Genix Health care as he's been my dentist for over 20yrs, but it is what it is. The dentist I did see was very, very good, he explained everything apart from the result of an x-ray that I had done, but I'll be back in six months if not before. I would like to add that the accessible doorbell(s) at the side of the premises weren't working, so my husband went to the front desk & made them aware of it.

Tooth extraction
Had to have a tooth out, bit of a shock but the Dentist explained exactly why I needed this treatment. The whole process was painless as the Dentist was so gentle & took everything slow and steady. Aftercare was explained really clearly too.

Aggressive dentist
Aggressive dentist. Did not check my charts for medical conditions. Got argumentative when i requested a different route for treatment.
Same dentist i requested the year before to not have again but was clearly ignored.
Tried to call after my appointment to speak to someone and was ignored consistently.
Would not recommend this dentist.

I returned due to pain after a week after an extraction.
My dentist is such a lovely man, he irrigated the extraction area, and prescribed antibiotics for an infection.
He is so very calm and gentle explaining everything as he went along.

My local NHS dentist - nice modern surroundings and a great, trusted and sympathetic service from the whole team. Been under Kirsten’s monitoring for a number of years and always feel well looked after with a thorough tooth, gum and jaw inspection every 6 months!

I was quoted £155 for a filing after a check up and after the procedure I was told I had to pay £180. completely unacceptable. I was told by the dentist herself and at reception the price would £155. I didn't ask for the quote in writing as I trusted them and then forced to pay £180.

Very welcoming, helpful and professional.
I had my first appointment with Tara, who was so very kind, calm and gentle. I thought I had a dead tooth causing me problems, but it turned out not to be the case. Tara explained what was the problem, and how she could help, showing me the XRays she had taken, and carefully going through my options. I am very grateful to her, and her assistant. The reception staff were all very welcoming, and helpful with their digital admin too. The practice also offers other services to help with dental care, which I will check out. I can recommend this practice, and wish them good luck with their new expansion programme in Bridlington.

Amazing with children particularly with Sen Needs 🙂
After moving my children to Genix from another dentist who I felt didn’t have the time or understanding of children with Sen, I can only say we made the best decision moving here. Satyapal has been amazing with all of my children but particularly my two children with higher needs and extremely anxious, from them leaving the chair and refusing a filling to be done to the next visit taking it a filling at a time and even recommended leaving it a few weeks for the next visit to support them. Throughout the treatment he reassured them, kept them calm and stopped whenever needed. 5 stars from us 😬

After a successful extraction on Friday…
After a successful extraction on Friday I started to get a swelling on my jaw line. I contacted the surgery and was seen within the hour.
My dentist evaluated and carried out further treatment with medication.
Great and professional service from all staff,
I witnessed on my way out a patient’s being rude and disrespectful to the receptionist.
The receptionist dealt with the patient in a kind respectful way, I told her she had done a good job to defuse the patients behaviour, remember these people are doing a good job and sometimes have no control on appointments not being on time- well done to the receptionist
