I had a filling come out marta packed it and said it my have to come out when the packing came out i made another appointment got there on the day to be told my dentist was off sick someone should have rang me I'd waited a month for this appointment had to make another appointment which was another month got there yesterday to be told she can't pull it i would have to go to Lytham st Ann's or get an appointment with bupa so now I'm waiting for an appointment with bupa what sort of dentist are you seems the patient is not important enough

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cannot recommend the Garforth branch enough. Due to a severe fear of the dentist, I was referred to Garforth for sedation. From start to finish (almost there) they have been nothing but incredible. Patient, kind, caring, considerate, understanding. Communication has been excellent. Aftercare is amazing. Naveed, Kathryn and Ella and the rest of the staff are so incredibly kind and I cannot thank them enough. I have avoided the dentist for a long time but I’m looking forward to seeing them again already.

After 8 years at this they just charge me 27£ for diagnostic as doctor spend my 15 min by explaining the gum issue

Visited yesterday for an emergency appointment, tooth extraction.
Treated by dentist Hassan and Nurse Erin.
I was made to feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the procedure. Hassan appeared calm and thoughtfully explained everything to me about the process.
Both were extremely kind and professional as I felt anxious about having the procedure.
I would definitely recommend the surgery for dental treatment and care.

Find another practice
Reception staff are rude. Don't check you in, and then expect you to wait past your appointment time … then reschedule the appointment over a month away, even though they made the mistake. Then you get marketing emails that you never signed up for, and text messages asking if you are ok after the appointment that never happened. Also, the state of your tablets, no one wants to touch them - sanitise them if you have multiple patients using them or go back to using paper.

Changed dentist at this practice w/bay to suit when I can get there due to work commitments. I had the usual friendly welcome from my dentist. My appointment for a check up revealed that following the recommended protocol for caring for my gums and teeth had been achieved successfully. My dentist was pleased with the result and no further treatment was necessary at present.
