Was seen same day after a night in agony, after finishing a course of medication I was seen again, unfortunately there was no let up in the infection and a very capable locum pulled the teeth much to my relief ,very happy with treatment 👍

I was so very impressed with the service. I turned up with my Oncology letter and I was given an appointment the next day. The dentist was incredibly polite, had empathy. He was excellent with the treatment and informing me at all times through the procedure. He is a credit to the work he does for any company and I thank him sincerely for his time and work. The dental nurse was very helpful and kind. Thank you all, you do are all an excellent team, keep doing what you do… Customer service was amazing. Thank you so much and see you all 20/05/26.

The hygienist here is the best I have experienced. He is really thorough and at each visit he has given me good advice to improve my dental hygiene. My teeth are now the cleanest they gave ever been. This is a genuine review from HoT resident.

I booked an appointment 2 months in advance. Unfortunately I had to cancel that appointment due to unforeseen circumstances so I re-booked again. Two minutes later I received a text message saying apologies but your appointment has been cancelled, if you need an appointment please call the clinic. I phoned only to be told oh we don't take on NHS patients anymore.
They didn't bother telling me this when I had booked the appointment 2 months ago. They failed to tell me again when I had re-booked the appointment. Appalling service, staff didn't know what was going on as they weren't informed about it. Then the lady I spoke to said we had a meeting about it today so we are no longer able to see NHS patients. This is absolutely absurd and if you can't see patients then I form them rather than booking them in and the cancelling on them without giving a reason. Also they don't answer their phone. It took the surgery 2 days to get back to me. Utterly ridiculous. I will never book with them again.

I had a private appointment pre-paid £60.00 there last week. The entire visit lasted about three minutes, during which I was simply checked briefly with no meaningful examination. There were no detailed suggestions regarding treatment, implants, or any necessary fixes. I found the experience disappointing and lacking in professional thoroughness.

Great service, great care, great advice. They reassure the most nervous of patients like me and now I no longer fear going to the dentist. My dentist Padma has been fantastic throughout and Vivien my Hygenist has done a wonderful job also.

I had a great experience with my first initial appointment and 1st treatment appointment along with my hygienist appointment. They were very accommodating given I never went much when I was younger and had been avoiding the dentist due to anxiety. They explained everything they were doing so there was no unknowns. I wish I could give 5 stars but for my 2nd treatment appointment I was berated and told 'this is what happens when you don't brush your teeth', though ive struggled through mental health and anxiety surrounding the dentist. There was no explanation of what was happening and it was a painful experience which made me hesitant to go to my next appointment. But otherwise this practice is very accommodating for anxious patients apart from one Dr.

Waited 35 minutes to see the dentist Mouhamed Hamdi.

When I was eventually seen, the examination was the shortest and most cursory inspection I have ever had. It lasted at the most 4 minutes.

It was my first visit to this dentist. The dentist and his assistant were very kind, polite and reassuring and explaining what the next step would be. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. All in all a good first appointment for me after losing confidence with previous dentist. Thank you

Great treatment and friendly staff and easy to get appointments.

Emergency appointment needed for severe tooth pain, called at 9am appointment made for same day at 10.45, couldn’t have asked for a better service.
Receptionist was really sympathetic and helpful.
Visit was good, problem solved efficiently and treatment explained.

All the staff here are so lovely, friendly and welcoming. I had a tooth extraction yesterday and Lianne was amazing. Never felt the injections in my mouth and she talked me through the procedure and kept asking if I was ok. She made me feel so relaxed, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was in there for my appointment. After having some horrible experiences with dentists in the past and I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Can’t praise everyone higher enough, was put at ease all the way through out my treatment.

Both the Dentist Quincy and Helen, the Hygienist, were very professional, kind and friendly. Provided answers to all my questions. Top rate.
