First experience wasn't great had to…
First experience wasn't great had to wait ages for appointment as time of appointment had to wait 20 min to be seen if I was 20 min late would of been refused then the dentist I saw said had gum issue and nothing he could do waste of time that would have to go private didn't even try any solutions then when I went to get next appointment had to wait additional 20 min for my exemption to be inputted into system not the best fist impression all patient sent there due to original practice Dalton dental care shutting then when appointment was made didn't tell me it's merge here so went to Dalton dental practice to see it shut with sign luckily had 10 min to get to Genix and made it on time to be sat for additional 20 min past appointment time not sure if I'm going back.
Said to ring in to call me about issue called in on 14.9.26 told manager in meetings and call back by 15.9.26 had no call make excuses wont be going back.

Filling the size of a grain of sand…
Filling the size of a grain of sand came out if my upper right 2 tooth called 14/01/2026 booked an appointment they cancelled that appointment because they booked it in wrong. Made another appointment done the same third time i asked to raise a complaint in Whitleybay branch the staff stated your not on our system so no refused my legal right hung the phone up. I called back demanded a manager finally got an appointment but by this time the tooth had decay and needed a root canal. That treatment failed and the tooth is now black they wouldn’t offer me an appointment so again i raised a complaint and got the appointment but she looked and stated this needs dental hospital for microscopic to fix the failed treatment however she dodnt send the referral for over 2 weeks then she wrote the wrong information getting the referral sent back to them by the dental hospital they had to send 3 referrals and the hospital advised them to fix the problem they then cancelled the dental hospital appointment and booked me in whitley bay for the same dentist to do the treatment she previously said she could not do. Solicitors involved today and this is going to court. When i talk i feel like a druggy its awful. Stay away from whitley bay practice at all cost or it will cost a tooth like myself. Foaming is an understatement. 1 star and lower if i could.

Appointment reminder texts and paper work sorted out online prior to your appointment if you’re that way inclined makes it quick and easy .
Staff are on the ball as soon as you walk in.
Dentist gives you a very good examination and you feel looked after .
I personally do not like going to the dentist but you have to ! This was undoubtedly the best dentist related experience of my life !
