Small Bussiness review
Rachel worked hard to find a good deal even though I'm a very small user. This made it difficult to find a deal but it didn't stop her trying very hard. She always kept me informed and was pleasant to deal with.

Thank you for your reply to my review. Your reply seems to say I do not feel happy with the contract between ourselves. You are correct, it is not a matter of me not feeling happy the contract was mis sold by yourselves hence the Ombusman after investigating your method of selling ordered you to pay me compensation.

Ian was great helping our Church to…
Ian was great helping our Church to save over £3000 on our gas & electricity bills. I was finding it all a bit overwhelming then Ian stepped in & literally did everything for us. Going forward he will manage our accounts which really alleviates the pressure. As an ECO church sustainability is really important. This was an important factor when moving to GEAB.
