On June 22, 2025 I requested an address to ship defective shoes back to your company at NO COST TO YOU, as the shoes were not wearable (less than 8 months of infrequent wear and the soles started to come off from the heel). Your customer rep Angeline, reached back out to me and asked to supply: Order Number, Photo of the damaged shoes, Photo of the tongue showing size, which I provided. I have not heard back from Angeline or anyone at Gatsby, it's been over 2 weeks, I still have the shoes I can't wear, and I don't have a shipping address to ship the shoes back to you for you to assess and perhaps make them better for future production. I just need an address to ship them back to you or an email indicating what options I have as a customer (if any). If no options, just say so, so I can put this issue to rest and move on.

Alberto was terrific. I forgot to apply a discount code to my on-line purchase. I emailed you this information and Alberto replied within a few minutes and refunded me the difference between the price I paid and the discount price. Excellent service! Thanks Alberto

I purchased a pair of dress shoes and gel inserts for my son, who is leaving on his mission. Unfortunately, the company failed to inform me there would be a delay in shipping. As of today, I still have not received the order—and at this point, it’s too late, as we’ve had to make other arrangements under significant time pressure.

I requested a return label since I no longer need the items, but the company responded that they will only provide one after I receive the package. To make matters worse, the tracking number they provided doesn’t appear to be valid, and I’m now concerned that I won’t receive the shoes at all—or a refund.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating during an already stressful time, and I hope the company will take responsibility and resolve this quickly.

Update
I have requested a return shipping label and one still has not been provided. The company has asked me multiple times to close my credit card complaint but also says the returning my item still might not result in a refund as I still have a case open with my credit card.
Update 9/20
I returned the entire unopened package to Gatsby, and they confirmed receipt at their Utah return address. Despite this, they are still refusing to issue my refund.

I have yet to receive my order. It’s been a couple of months now. They claim it’s at some shipping hold, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. Will never shop with Gatsby again.

SECOND ORDER - The most comfortable dress shoe I've ever owned. After wearing my first pair for several.months, I just placed an order for my second pair. BONUS - i had some. sizing questions and to.my amazement, I had an email response within minutes. I highly recommend these guys.

Company took my money and didnt send me my goods as ordered.

It's been 2 weeks and my order has not been shipped and no notification of when it might ship.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a men’s US size 12 shoe and what came was properly labeled however corresponds with a size 10 US men’s shoe. After reaching out my option given was to return the shoe at a $25 fee stating they do not refund shipping and take 10% off any refunds for any reasons. The fact that I’m not returning simply because I do not like the style but there is a major discrepancy in their China distributors sizing should warrant a full refund for return of misrepresented products. I will be taking the loss on this one as I don’t want to fund this rip off of a company any more than I already have.

Responded very quickly to my request for an exchange even though it was out of the refund window.

The shoes look great and seemed great for over 6 months and then the sole came off the front of my son's shoe. If they came from a cheap store I wouldn't be surprised, but I was expecting more from these shoes. I reached out to customer service and they didn't offer a replacement of his shoes, they offered me 30% off another pair. Sadly, these shoes were so disappointing to me that we won't be ordering any more.

At present, I am awaiting an exchange of boots so it is a little early to be responding. But can say that I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed of response to my request and the tone of the contents. At present I would say this is the best online purchase I have ever made. The shoes do take a time to arrive but. In general the quality is good and customer service is excellent.

This is a very poorly constructed shoe. There isn’t support in the arch, feels like walking in sandals, and there exterior feels like cheap plastic. My feet were hot in the shoes after having them on for 5 minutes. It is a cheap China made product.

Still have not received my order that was placed and paid for weeks ago. UniUni is an incompetent company. They have failed many deliveries previously to my home.

I have not heard when these items will be delivered.

Do not buy these shoes. They are advertised as orthopaedic and good for your back, high quality etc. These shoes are a big scam, they arrived and are the cheapest quality I could imagine. No support from the sole whatsoever. The smell opening the shoes was horrendous and they had to live in the garage for about 6 months before I would bring them inside.
