The Good and Bad of Gatsby !
I do like the shoes that you have the different styles and colors. But every time I order there is a problem. Not sure if it was my mistake or yours. I’ve had to send two pairs back and I am way on another pair now . I think you all should work on your time schedule , it takes almost a month to receive your order and that not good , at that point I’m almost ready to send them back. Anyway as I said the choice of shoes is nice . The other thing that I was not happy about was was there is No phone service that Oder is terrible for a company like yours. The shoes when I finally got them were ok .

Drop Shipping Nightmare!
This turned out to be another drop shipping nightmare. You're forced to used the shop app, an app I had never used before. The auto filled address left out my apt number and I didn't catch it right away. After I did, and contacted Gatsby, there told me I'd have to get in touch with the shipper. The 1st email they gave me didn't work and the 2nd one sent but I haven't heard anything back yet. It is now the 18th and my package was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. Now I'm wondering if I'll even get my money back. Do youself a favor. Don't buy from these drop shipping companies. It's always more headache than it's worth.

Read Reviews and Do not buy
I wish I had the same experience as some. I've worn the shoes for 3 days ans I have to say the worst pair of shoes I have ever owned. I purchased their Gel insert for added comfort and again horrible. I work on Marble and Tile floors most of the day. When you walk on brand new shoes. You should not feel every pebble, cracks in the sidewalk, and rhe exact variance of a floor. I contacted Gatsby to refund the second pair I haven't worn and I am told there is a 10% restocking fee and return shipping. I have shared this experience with a dozen of my colleagues as they were wanting to buy a pair based on the advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. When I tell them what I have been dealing with they chuckle and Thank me for saving them the same aggrevation. Read all conditions as you will end up owning or having to pay fees for these horrible products..
I will wear my old shoes from Belvedere with new insoles rather than put my feet through these trash heaps..

Very poor customer experience
The communication around the order, especially tracking the order with ETA is non-existent. All I got was link to 4PX showing it is coming from China. There is no mention of that in the ordering process. Not estimated time of arrival. Very poor customer experience.

Superior Customer Service!!!!
I recently wrote a review documenting my experience with my pair of shoes. After 2 months, the sole separated from the leather. Only 24 hours after writing that review, I received an email from Gatsby offering to send me a replacement pair at no cost to me. No shipping cost either. Their customer service is top notch!! They truly care about providing world class customer service which is certainly rare these days from most companies. Thank you Gatsby for coming through!!!

Do not order unless you just want to wait and wait hoping the shoes will arrive. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE CLOWNS. Still have no shoes.

Only order if u don't need for a month
After a month finally sent a message about my order then they send tracking info I didn't even know it shipped until I asked why it was taking so long people on ebay try harder than they did to provide customer service hard to put date on my experience cause it started in June and still haven't received my order

Half Truths and Fraudulent Services
Purchased 2 pairs of Gatsby Shoes. Thoroughly dissatisfied with the order, shipping (length and dubious shipping locations, individual return addresses, poor packaging, subpar products (materials, construction and one used pair received). A complete failure of both the retailer and their product. Reached out to customer support to demand a refund as my first request during the shipping process was ignored, citing my additional purchase of "Easy refund and protection service" and was then essentially asked to "prove" it by Gian; asking for photos and documentation. After purchasing this protection to avoid this, I expect to return these products and receive a full refund of all costs without having to justify my case as a unsatisfied customer. Given this subpar experience, I am fully willing to pursue this matter for any or all remedies with both federal and state consumer protection agencies/processes.

You can find them cheaper
Despite the bad reviews, I wanted to try these for myself as I like the way they look and like the idea of a sneaker comfort dress shoe. So I found someone selling these shoes on Amazon at a much lower price. Yes, fake leather but they call it "vegan leather" and I have noticed my feet do feel hotter as a result. The included insoles are a joke, I replaced them on the second day with some gel insoles. The shoes are almost zero-drop and have a wide toe box, both things I look for in shoes, which is nice but some may not be used to this style as it does take some getting used to. Yes, they feel like a cheap shoe but look good and once you replace the insole they aren't bad. Will see how they hold up, only wore them for a week so far.

Great Customer Service
I purchase my first pair of shoes from Gatsby in Feb 2025. I loved the shoes as it is hard for me to find the size i wear in wide at our local stores. The shoes were very comfortable. However a short time later (5 months), they started to separate where the leather meets the sole. I reached out not knowing what to expect. I was instantly offered a refund or exchange.I choose to receive a new pair, since i was well pleased with the style, appearance and comfort.

Shipping delay. No tracking info. Poor quality shoe fake leather. Bought 3 pair: received a used return with no packaging, 2nd pair not as pictured and has the word “Fashion” written across the side of the shoe that is a visible eye sore. Way overpriced for cheap materials. Huge disappointment.

Shipping Address for return of damaged shoes
On June 22, 2025 I requested an address to ship defective shoes back to your company at NO COST TO YOU, as the shoes were not wearable (less than 8 months of infrequent wear and the soles started to come off from the heel). Your customer rep Angeline, reached back out to me and asked to supply: Order Number, Photo of the damaged shoes, Photo of the tongue showing size, which I provided. I have not heard back from Angeline or anyone at Gatsby, it's been over 2 weeks, I still have the shoes I can't wear, and I don't have a shipping address to ship the shoes back to you for you to assess and perhaps make them better for future production. I just need an address to ship them back to you or an email indicating what options I have as a customer (if any). If no options, just say so, so I can put this issue to rest and move on.
