Shoes are junk. They look good but do not last. Customer service is non-responsive. Shop elsewhere.

My daughter gifted me a pair of Gatsby boots for Christmas 12/25. I wore the only 10-12 times and the sole on the right boot started coming completely of at the heel. The left side was also coming unglued at the heel.
I contacted customer service and they told the they needed photos and order number.
I provided the requested information, but they never responded. I resent the email 5-6 times with No response.
So the shoe quality was poor, and the customer service was worse…or non-existent.

I have not heard from anyone in over 3 weeks regarding my request to refund both pair of shoes I purchased about 3 months ago and are falling apart! I would really like if someone would contact me back by email

Ordered on 3/28, reached on 4/12 for update. Was told shoes on backorder and available within the "next few days." No further communication. reached out 6/11 and 7/8 for updates with no response, requested refund. No response.

I ordered shoes in April, and it is July and I still have not received them. I have tried to contact the company multiple times for a refund and get no response.

2 months and nothing recd. was told over a month ago they would be instock in “just a few days”. No response to inquiry.

Have emailed multiple time in regards to my order. No communication back from the company, no update on order status and cant even get ahold of them to cancel my order for a refund.

I been waiting 3 months for my order. I reached out to Gatsby several times and gotten no response. I have now requested a refund. Horrible customer service.

No shoes. No refund. No explanation. No good.

Ordered a set of boots March 11. June 16th and still have not received them. Get an email every month saying they should be going out any day. Asked for a refund over two weeks ago, still have not received my money back. Poor customer service. They are still advertising the boots they say that they dont have. Might be a little scammish.

Do not order from this company. Gian is the customer service representative that responded to my request for information on my order. I'm not that familiar with Chinese names so the gender is unclear as well as if this is the surname or given name. Gian's Phone number is +1 (614) 285-5406. Call it and see what kind of help you receive. When I sent an email inquiring about when I might receive my order as it was overdue I received a generic email with this signature line: Sincerely,

My mistake for trusting Amazon to represnt a reputable retailer. DO NOT BUY from GATSBY's Shoes.

I have contacted gatsby shoes about shoes that I purchased for my father. The soles fell off both. I was told to send pictures. Then asked if I wanted an exchange or refund. I said refund please. That was the last I heard from them on May 18. I will be going to bbb

I would leave zero stars if given the choice. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes almost 2 months ago and still have not received my order. While I did contact customer service on numerous occasions, all I got was "more time is needed for restocking". There were no definitive dates given, and customer service offered me nothing for the inconvenience of the wait time. I have since requested a refund, because this straight up feels like a scam. I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone looking for shoes.

This is a scam, the shoes do not look like the pictures. Very poor quality and overpriced.

I emailed customer support the first time and they replied quickly. They requested I create a case and include pictures and what was wrong, which I did. I waited for an answer, but received none. On 5-12-26 I reached out again and was told it is still under review. It should have been an easy review having received 2 left shoes. I've reached out NUMEROUS times, since then, as to the status and there has been no response whatsoever. As of now I've created a case with the BBB as well as my bank to recoup the $99.00 for the incorrect shoes. I will NEVER do business with Gatsby as their customer service is, by far, the worse I have ever dealt with.

Never received the shoes. I was told that the process would take up to five days maybe more. Sent them an email on how to refund my money on separate occasions. Never received a response back when it came to refunding my money and never received the shoes I ordered. I won’t recommend anyone to purchase products from this company again

Gatsby was great to order from and the shoes felt great on my feet. They received many compliments!

I was disappointed that the sole of my left shoe separated in less than a year from the upper, as I had hoped to wear them at least a few years (as part of my rotation). Even though this happened, I will still consider ordering from them again in the future.

I would give Gatsby Shoes 0 stars if possible. Their product is junk. I wore the shoes about 4-5 times and the sole separated from the upper part of the shoe. Gatsby wouldn’t stand by their shoes.

I purchased a pair of shoes that were the wrong size and when I tried to exchange somehow another pair was ordered. I tried to call but nobody answered the phone. I tried again a day later and the return policy said I was over the time period. I don’t appreciate being stuck with a pair of shoes that I can’t wear. If you want any future business please let me know how to exchange the shoes.

Shoes came and seem well constructed and lightweight. However extremely tight for wide fit. Hopefully wear will relax fit
