Shoes came and seem well constructed and lightweight. However extremely tight for wide fit. Hopefully wear will relax fit

My questions were not answered. I still don't know what is going on, or when any of the shoes I ordered will come.

Still don't have the shoes I ordered 2 weeks ago

Shoddy experience. Paid for a shirt back in February. Received no confirmation. No communication at all. Two months later get an email saying shirt was sold out and waiting for new shipment. No offer of reimbursement.

Ordered my shoes and 10 days later they tell
Me they are on back order. It has been 19 days and nothing. I tell them I want a refund and they stop replying to emails. Horrible service.

Quick responses, all my questions perfectly answered.

They didn't send me shoes. I filled out the contact us form. They said they are unable to send me shoes, but could send my money back. I said OK, send my money back. They did not send the money back. Honestly, I'm not even sure if this is a real company.

There was an issue with my boots which truly surprised me after 4 months and seldom usage. I reached out to customer support with issue. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw an almost immediate response. After some more information to show issue, they immediately offered to refund or replace my shoes. Truly appreciate their help. Love the boots. Highly recommend

I ordered 2-pair of your shoes online, then a couple days later received a cancellation.
I was looking forward to wearing those new shoes.

I absolutely loved the look of these shoes. The only reason I could not give them a 5 was they were too small.

They dont have courtesy to let us know that item was not in stock, until we inquire about our order.

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on March 14, 2026 (about $200), with an advertised turnaround time of four to six weeks. Three weeks later, when I attempted to track my order, the website stated that no order could be found—even though payment cleared my bank on March 16. Customer service did respond but could not explain why my order does not appear in the system or confirm that it is properly queued for fulfillment, which raises real concerns about whether it will be prioritized once inventory is available.

I was told the shoes are in “limited supply,” yet no timeline was provided and no distinction was made between limited inventory and being out of stock. These are not the same, and the ambiguous wording leaves customers without meaningful information. I understand supply chain delays and would be willing to wait with honest, clear communication, but that clarity is missing here—especially given the company’s continued advertising that suggests inventory is readily available. Until order visibility, inventory transparency, and realistic timelines improve, it’s difficult to recommend with confidence.

I wrote to Gatsby shoes to express my displeasure with the quality of my black Gatsby dress shoes. Specifically, the heal is coming apart between the upper and the sole on both shoes and I brought them to my local cobbler to fix. He looked at them and said that they are much too new to come apart the way they did. They have been glued by the cobbler but he told me that it wouldn't hold. In essence, the shoes have a small window in which I can wear them before they come apart again. While the shoes are 15 months old, I've only worn them approximately 25 times. For a frame of reference, I have been wearing Bostonian and Nunn Bush shoes exclusively for the past 35 years and have never had a pair of shoes come apart in that manner. I have about 6 pairs of shoes in my rotation that are all older (much older) than my Gatsby shoes, and none of them are coming apart. Even though I was told that this is not the norm for your shoes, I was also told there was nothing that could be done due to the fact that I've had them for over 6 months. That's fine, but I do hope the inflexibility was worth losing a customer. I do own 2 other pairs of Gatsby shoes and I told everyone how comfortable they were. I won't be doing that anymore!

Terrible experience product never shipped and just told to keep waiting so unprofessional I want my money back

We're at 15 days without a pair of shoes that was charged to my credit card!

They sent the wrong size. And denied doing so claiming that a Chinese 46 is a 10 1/2 US. Which is not and is obvious it isn’t.
And refused to give me a refund

Company was not able to help with my current problem.

Dont buy them canceled after three weeks and have not got money back they never shiped it is a scam
