I feel that people make mistakes and…
I feel that people make mistakes and the integrity is still in the product and customer, to get a break. And not loose the purchases price because of aa time limit. . You still sell the same non used item. I was waiting to see if this request for an exchange would happen before i reorder. Sadly customer service did not come through.

Avoid Gatsby shoes
The material, while soft, is very thin and not durable. Even putting them on I hear the stitching ripping. Size wise they run a little narrow. I wear them 4 days a week to work, and have been wearing them about 5 weeks now. With every step the right shoe squeaks LOUDLY, like there is already a small hole in the sole. Two holes! One in the heel and one under the ball of my foot. You get what you pay for.

The Style of these Boots are Very Vogue...Dress Them Up. or Dress Them Down. Really really Comfortable, as comfortable as some of my sneakers! And Say what You Will, The Zipper is Pretty Handy if you are 78yrs young and a little hefty, Or Not!haha Soft and Glove like fit... The customer service from Gatsby has been great. They respond quickly, and their product support is wonderful. I had a problem with shoes I ordered, they responded in 5 minutes with an acknowledgement, and in less than a day I had a confirmation my product replacement was on the way. I am very pleased with this company.

Really I don’t know what can I say, easy to shopping…. Just need to pay, now the size come total wrong ( I’m use us size 8,5, they send me size 43( us 9,5-10) and they still want to be a reasonable, Now need to pay more money for return or even exchange, also we have to pay for shipping fee and RESTOCK FEE, really big joke, for exchange the same one, size smaller need to pay another $20 bucks as exchanger fee another joke, at lease I learn, good luck for them

Awesome comfort.
I ordered the shoes praying they were how they were advertised. Once I got them I was impressed immediately. I have terrible ankles, knees and feet from 21 years Army and a bad motorcycle accident. These shoes are almost better then any expensive tennis shoe on the market. Price and comfort are the real deal.

Excellent shoes and so comfy!
I bought two pairs (one black, one brown) and I’ve never looked back. I always get compliments on them and when people realise they’re dress sneakers and super comfortable I usually get asked where I get them from. Highly recommend!

Will NOT buy again
Shoes looks good. More expensive than others with same exact shoes. They feel cheaply made. I should've just buy those from Amazon. I even bought an expensive insoles to try to make it more comfortable. But these hurts your feet on more than 10 min walk. I will never buy from them again for shoes that costed me $85 after shipping and tax and even after a coupon code.

Tracking just says post office is open
My order has never been received. The only information I get from you is, "I will get back to you in 2-3 days. That has not happened. When checking the tracking this is what it says, " post office is open, since May 26th." I asked to be refunded, and you say you can't because the package is out for delivery. That has been over 2 weeks.

Takes way to long
So at this point it's been 18 days that my order has been in transit. Customer service notification says 7-15 days depending on certain factors. I still have not received my order. I will definitely write an updated review when and if my order arrives in time for the event I ordered them for. For now I say "Buyer beware"

This company is a disgrace!
I received my shoes only to discover that they were not my size.
I requested a return only to be told that this was not possible and that the best cash refund I could hope for would be 30% even though the fault with the order was not mine!
This is totally unfair and probably quite unlawful!
Tomorrow I shall contact Trading Standards to file an official complaint and in the days that follow I’ll start leaving reviews wherever I can, detailing my experience!
