With my first experience purchasing your product, the product only lasted 8 months, I am not inclined to try them again.

The shoe is comfortable as advertised, but I am a little hesitant on trying them again, when I have other brands, I have used and lasted much longer.

Shoes initially did not fit so be aware that you may need a larger size. At checkout was automatically charged a $9.99 fee for a "free and easy return" but it was anything but free. Seems deceptive the way it is worded as I was charged for a restock of 10% and also charged an additional $8.23 for the Fedex pickup for the return.

This is my second time ordering these shoes. I fell in love with them from the first time I got them. They comfortable and stylish. I have received many compliments on them.

Status of when order shipped and when order will be received. She was thorough and responded quickly.

Well, I bought these shoes because they said they were bunion friendly and that you had wide sizes. I selected the widest available and a half size bigger than my true size and these shoes were still extremely tight and the toe box was not as large as I was lead to believe in the advertising. Sure wish you could have made the widths in the Exteded sizes larger. I was very disappointed and could not even wear them at the event I bought them for.

Shoes were way smaller than true size, they do not have my size and that’s on but when you charge me $9 for “free and easy returns” and the return is neither free nor easy, I have a problem with that. Restocking fee is BS. I’d avoid these people. Oh and the shoes felt very cheap quality wise too. I mean they are cheap so it’s to be expected

The package arrived at SpeedX for final delivery without a street address. I have submitted multiple "tickets" to update the street address. SpeedX has not acted on any of those requests to fix the problem. I engaged customer service via the chat they provide many times over. I have a package residing at their site in Maryland without any progress for more than a week. I cannot review the shoes because I have yet to see my $100+ order.

I found this experience to be completely unacceptable and void of integrity. I reaffirm my original review. Both manufacturer and courier have thrown up their hands as though they have no obligation to the customer. Do not bother making a purchase! Do not look for them to bother!

I have all the email traffic necessary to substantiate what the reply seems to deny. Epoch denial!

The 10% restocking fee is really difficult to find. Then, when you process the return, they make the $8 pickup fee look like it isn't optional. And don't fall for the free returns bs. They still charge you everything.

I mean, it's an online store that ships everything from China. I shouldn't have expected a quality experience. I would stay away from this company.

Heal tore out in less than a year. By the time I contacted customer service they said it had been right at a year and they won’t back their product. They advertised as quality but clearly these shoes are sub par. Heal tore off and left a hole in the actual shoe. Only wore them maybe 50 times.

Bought 3 pair of shoes, I wear 13.5 wide none of them fit. I bought two initially, end up giving them to my son because they didn’t fit. Then bought another pair stressing 13.5 wide and they still did not fit.

So, I have received my order of two pairs of shoes, one brown and one black. I have some concerns and questions. 1st: As these are advertised as the most comfortable shoe, I was immediately offered the upsell of inerts/comfort soles. I thought, why would I need them, these are the most comfortable shoe ever. They have arrived, and, the soles are just average at best? Did you deliberately design them, so as to need the insoles? If so, why advertise them as such? Disappointing to say the least. 2nd: Brand new shoes. Why do I have to go purchase shoe laces? I know, I know, they came with laces. But, these laces are scarcely long enough to tie the shoe, and because of this, come untied frequently. Again, are they deliberately cost cut? Brand new shoes, and I have to go to Walmart to get longer laces. Again, disappointing to say the least. 3rd: While brand new, and time will tell, I am underwhelmed by the design/construction of the shoe. I only wear these shoes to work, which I am on my feet all-literally all- day. I hope I am wrong, but these do not seem to be built to last, and I can easily see them not lasting a single school year. I hope to be wrong, but again... prophesying disappointment.
Finally, the return policy is laughable; unworn/unused, original tags, packaging, etc etc etc....
How can you determine "satisfaction guaranteed" without taking the shoes for a test drive? Restocking fees, after paying for the "upcharged return" guarantee policy. ?

UPDATE 10/6/2025:
The shoes have become exactly what I feared.
They are uncomfortable, have actually made my KNEES ache, and soles have worn in a weird fashion- making my feet feel like they are walking on a side facing incline.
Truthfully, take the $180 (plus $10 money grab for easy refund) and buy lottery tickets. At least then, when you throw money away, you have a chance to get rich and retire.
Wildly disappointed in my purchase, and if I could take stars into the negative, I would.

Order was easy to complete. Payment was without error. Product received as ordered. Due to defect a replacement product has been approved.

Horrible. The shoes fell apart after only a few wearings. The leather split and separated from the sole on one shoe. Customer service was nice but unhelpful.

Their reply is not factually correct. They have not reached me using the contact means available to them or attempted to reach me except with a number of promotional emails asking me buy more shoes.
