Gatekeeper Anmeldelser

I have used Gatekeeper to manage my rental property since 2019 in the Swindon area. I have always been supported by a very professional, efficient and friendly organisation.

The process from onboarding new tenants and off boarding departing tenants is really closely managed by Gatekeeper.

Grace was very polite and very helpful, she had the answers to every question I put to her. I’ll look forward to her showing me around other properties in the future.

I can't recommend Gate Keeper highly enough. Selling a house can be a stressful process, and mine was even more so with a Section 106. But they worked incredibly hard from start to finish to get the sale over the line. Big Thanks to Lucy! Their communication was excellent throughout; they were always professional and proactive, and they went above and beyond to overcome every challenge that came up.

We had a fantastic viewing today and the lady who attended who I believe was Taylor was a really lovely girl - very attentive, professional, friendly and helpful! We had to travel a large distance and the team organised an appointment with very little notice to help us out! A first class service and we can highly recommend.

Had a lovely viewing experience with Clare - one of the best agents I’ve ever met. Calm, professional, and very knowledgeable about the area. Doesn’t rush and gives real attention to your questions, couldn’t be happier.

Contacted Dan From Gatekeeper to sell a former buy to let property, was on the market for not more than a week before receiving an offer that I accepted after some negotiations.

Obviously we have not completed yet but initial sale process could not have been simpler, so far would heartily recommend.

Top service, very polite and professional thanks

Superb service as always truly focused & without doubt top of their game !

Their representative was polite and very informative which made the viewing go well. Definitely five stars

Gatekeeper from the beginning have been helpful, informative and kept us updated throughout. When Phil Kendall came to undertake the valuation he was polite, friendly and explained about his agency. He had some research of the history of the house and his was the first to give us a valuation which coincided with other agencies.
He also gave us good deal on the fee for their service which was very appealing .
All the staff we came in contact with were all helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

Someone actually bothers to answer the phone here at this company, unlike one particular estate agent in Swindon. You are taken care of at Gatekeeper. Someone keeps you updated all the time, you are not on the phone all the time wondering what is going on and how things are coming along. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great service. And they know the area well. No complaints at all.

This was my first time renting in decades and I was in the dark about much of the process. Kush, Sam and the other kind people at Gatekeeper walked me though everything and were endlessly patient when I hit problems or needed time to gather information and documents etc. Going forward I feel in good hands and know that they’re on hand to help if anything comes up.

I was recommended Gatekeeper by a friend and am glad I met with them to discuss my needs.
They were clear on the whole process from the outset and managed to secure a tenant very quickly.
They always stay in contact ensuring any queries are answered and I am looking forward to working with them.
I would happily recommend them.

Charlie has been absolutely outstanding throughout my move into my new home. From the very beginning, he made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Every step, from the initial setup to making sure everything was in place, was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.

Charlie was always approachable, responsive, and happy to answer any questions I had, giving me complete confidence throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish.

I’m delighted that Charlie will continue to be my point of contact going forward, as I know I’ll be in safe hands. It’s rare to receive such exceptional customer service, and he is a real credit to the team. Thank you, Charlie, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend your service more highly!

I can’t recommend Taylor Symons at Gatekeepers highly enough. She has been absolutely excellent in helping me secure my perfect flat. The whole process has been incredibly smooth from start to finish, and her communication has been fantastic throughout. All From the initial viewing right through to completing everything, Taylor has been professional, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions. She made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. I’m so grateful for all of her support and would happily recommend Taylor and Gatekeepers to all of my friends and family.. Thank you for such an outstanding service!!!

From the time I got a valuation from Gate Keeper at the Swindon branch through to the sale of my mums property. Gate Keeper have been professional, and very efficient. They talked me through each stage and the whole process has been made so much easier because of all the teams help. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Friendly professional service from the start.
I was kept informed every step of the way from first contact to the viewing. Joseph showed me around the property and was very helpful answering the questions that I had.
Excellent service

Charlie from the Witney branch was very informative and willing to help with any questions or problems

A big thank you to Charlie ,Taylor and all the team at Gatekeeper. They were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing the property, always available if needed for any queries I had, liaising with both the solicitors and myself to keep the whole process running smoothly. Oh and the wine was a lovely gesture. Kind regards Tina Ritchie

The mass amounts of repeated emails and texts, reminders etc is way too much! Incredibly pushy and dishonest. I dont like my phone blowing up and i dont need 3 reminders of an appointment. If i dont fill out feedback- dont send several reminders to fill out feedback (youll get a bad review)
However, Harry was very friendly and professional. Showed us everything answered all my questions.
