Garratts solicitors were excellent in this complicated right of way case. Initially the first five solicitors we approached would not take the case on, referring us back to a solicitor we had used in 1995 who had of course disappeared. Garratts offered us a discounted first meeting after which Mr. Garratt agreed to represent us. We were claimants in a dispute over a right of way with a very difficult neighbour. Garratts took us through the complete legal process culminating in a court hearing and obtained a judgement in our favour, establishing the right of way and enabling us to claim all our costs from the defendant. Garratts kept us informed throughout the case including the ongoing costs,their advice was always clear and case-focused . We have used many solicitors over the years both personally and for business and Garratts were much better than any of the others
