Sophisticated mockery

I bought wine from this company Encomenda #43355, and it disappeared en route. When I asked where the item was, they replied: "Send proof of damaged packaging." What kind of packaging, if it never arrived? They wrote: "Resolve the delivery issues."
How? I didn't send it. The post office replied that they notified the sender of the damage. This company demands proof of damage from you. You're losing money. They're happy. They're scammers. I won't deal with them again. I'm filing a lawsuit.
Regarding wine boxes, if the goods arrive—and this is almost always a quest—the boxes aren't sealed, the wine in the bags breaks, and spills out, people are shocked. And the company washes its hands of it and simply screws you.

This case has since been fully reviewed and resolved directly with you, and we’re glad we were able to reach a solution together.

We would like to clarify that requests for documentation, such as proof of damage, are part of the standard process required by couriers during investigations. That said, we understand how this may have caused confusion, especially in cases where the parcel does not arrive.

Delivery mixup, zero response.

Ordered 1.5 cases.
Received one box that was my order, but second box belonged to another customer.

I managed to reach the other customer to let them know I have their order and have arranged to get it to them.

Have mailed the seller 3 times to let them know of the mixup and enquire as to the whereabouts of the rest of my order and have yet to receive any acknowledgement or reply

The Porta 6 that did arrive is fantastic

I found it impossible to get reply from them - I tried every email. /phone numbers. Eventually I got through.... They would " sort my missing order"
Never heard another word from them.
Like a lot of reviews here.. They take your money from your account - but where is your order.
DO NOT TRUST THIS company..
I will never go to trouble of ordering again.
I had ordered plenty times before this.... But ONCE burned - Twice shy.
Do not trust them.
This is now 11th January 2026.
Still waiting for my order or money refund.
