Fair price
Up to now, all my orders have been simple, and straight forward. I've got what I ordered. Delivered on time mostly. The glitch was a UPS problem. Let's face it UPS are never without problems. Great service, great products. Keep it up.

Great service. Fast delivery.
Had a problem with the UPS delivery but contacted Garrafeira customer service and resolved within minutes.
Looking forward to my next order and I would highly recommend.

Reputation restored
I have withdrawn my earlier negative review as the company have contacted the purchaser and promised to rectify the mistake. Apparently the contact email on the website is incorrect. I'm pleased that my faith in this company is restored as the service from them is normally excellent

Great till something goes wrong, zero customer service
On our first order (1.5 cases) we received one box belonging to our order, but someone else's order in second box. Was able to get that box to the other customer as his details were inside.
Have mailed over 10 times to geral at garrafeiradailha.com the only address given to reach customer service and have received zero response for weeks now.
Disappointed to read that my experience is not isolated, it seems this seller completely ignores their customers when there are any issues.
Will not be ordering again, bad investment, woeful customer service.
Still waiting on 6 bottles of wine lost in transit since December 19th 2025
Update: Received contact from the seller immediately after this review, so following up here, apparently the email address on their website is not correct and they are not getting mails to the address that was posted (which they say they will fix)
Seller has apologised and have arranged to ship us the missing items. Fair play
