Got gap insurance last week and Fiona couldn’t have been more helpful. A couple of days ago I found out that the car dealer had given me the WRONG registration number, so both my car and GAP insurance’s weren’t valid. I got hold of Fiona again, and she sorted it all out with the underwriter really quickly, she’s a star.

It was easy to take out th gap insurance and I had the gap insurance in under 10 minutes. Would have liked the option of taking 48 months instead of the maximum of 36 months

Have had gap insurance for near 2years purchased a new car so cancelled existing one, took new one out, had new car 24 hours my back went with awful hard seats, my Toyota garage where amazing let me get my previous car back as if I never gave it up carry on where I left off with finance company brilliant, but gap insurance said could not re instate it!! So no gap insurance know really upset by this
