False advertising
They advertise motor gap insurance with monthly premiums then when you go to checkout you get a message asking you to ring. You are then advised that they no longer sell policies with monthly premiums! Get your website updated to stop wasting customers time or you’ll be reported to the ASA.

Hi Colin, thank you for taking the time to feedback, so sorry to hear you've had a negative experience and definitely understand your frustration. I've spoken to the relevant departments and can feedback: Our product team are in negotiations with our Underwriter about reinstating the monthly product and are we are in the process of updating the website (which is done externally). I've been told by the web team they will now put a banner on the website temporarily notifying all visitors. They have also made a code for you CC25 for 25% discount. So sorry again.
So helpfull
Fiona gave me a quote before I even had the registration number of my new car. When I phoned back a week later she remembered our previous conversation and had all the information to hand.

Would just like to say how professional, efficient and easy it was to set up my taxi gap insurance. Fiona got straight to the point and explained a few things to myself as obviously had questions due to only finding out there is gap insurance for Hire and Award.
