Sent defective unit and will not return…

This review has been updated. Had issues with the hardware initially. It took a bit, but Gamegear made it right and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

Great customer service

My grandson's birthday gift arrived on time.....especially difficult during this time of year. Unfortunately, it was too similar to a game set he already had, so I had to return it. Customer service was excellent with emails after I placed my order informing me my package was sent. Customer service was also very helpful when I had to return my purchase. I received a refund in a timely manner. I would continue to be a customer of Game Gear for these reasons.

They said my order was shipped on Dec 15 2020

They said my order was shipped on 12/15/20. It is still waiting to be mailed. I have called and emailed. Has not returned my phone calls and the email is like a computer generated answer. I am requesting a refund but no answer. This place is terrible would not recommend for anyone. I wish I could give it zero stars. My gift will obviously not make it before Christmas if ever. Sorry, sorry company.

Where is my package Gamegear

Where is my package Gamegear. Showing delivered to a garage in New Jersey and im in CO. Not getting any good response. Was a Christmas present for my son I ordered beginning of Nov now Dec 15.... getting worried I won't have it in time..

I am a bit concerned....I ordered an…

I am a bit concerned....I ordered an snes on the 5th and it's still in pre-shipment status. Today is the beginning of Chanukah and was hoping to have it by the end as a last big present. I am unsure if it's going to get here in time.....sigh. Why is it taking so long for it to be shipped?

Update: 12/14/2020 I was searching for reviews and came across your youtube video. I had no idea that you all put so much work into your gaming system. Thank you. I will do another update on the syste when it gets here

I just gifted this 620 game…

I just gifted this 620 game entertainment system.... ONLY game that is playing is Tetris. I have tried to google a solution and I'm not finding any. All the reviews, videos, and help guides that show up, don't show any issue of this. I am not Happy with this purchase at this time, I need assistance or replacement.

STILL have not got a fix for this. They Immediately sent and email saying they would send replacement. Still haven't gotten anything done. VERY poor service still.

Finally got the replacement SD card, product still doesn't work as intended. I find it hard to believe the quality control is this bad, seems more likely this is a scam. I need the process for full refund please.

I have confirmed that the replacement console was delivered on Jan 5th, and this matter has been solved successfully.

I just ask our engineers, and there’s a Tetris game built into the console, so maybe the SD card isn’t tight or damaged, you can check, if that doesn’t work, please tell me. And we will send you a new SD card.

Good Customer Service

My item was not delivered correctly but the Game Gear team immediately emailed me and told me that they were resolving the issue. I got the game and it works great. Thank you for addressing my issue.

Well Done

I had placed an unusual order that required several extra steps both of handling and shipping. The order required good attention to detail. The Game Gear folks went out of their way to make it all happen plus they kept me well informed of the various stages the order was in. Their communication clearly demonstrated that they knew what they were talking about as it related to both the shipping and handling. Finally, the order was received in good shape just as it had been advertised. Thanks much.

Ordered item on November 11

Ordered item on November 11. This is now November 18 and item still shows USPS is awaiting the package to start shipping. I’ve been told by support that the item comes from China which adds to the shipping time by 4 days. Also I have received no delivery updates from Game Gear which would at least provide an explanation for the delay. Sad because Game Gear has other items I might like to order if not for the bad experience with shipping delay.

Smaller but better NES system

The last game I purchased NES system my grandson loves to much he needs to be pulled away from the game.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do not buy from this site, have sent several emails and calls and no response. Never received my product and was charged. Currently filing for fraud on this company.

Bad company

On 4/16 I ordered a wireless controller. They sent me an email with a tracking number for usps. Even now the tracking number is still saying it has been created but not given to usps. I have emailed them with no response. Please do not buy from this company. I did not like that I had to even give 1 star.

Customer Support is a dismal

Customer Support is a dismal.

Contacted them after a week from order date as the FAQ advised they ship from Delaware and ship within 1 business day. Reply I received is that they don't have my shipping address. Which is odd because I selected (shipping - billing) during checkout process and the email I replied to clearly displayed my address. Secondly, why am I having to reach out to be informed you're missing my address.

Two weeks later and they shipped it snail mail and it doesn't acknowledge the shipping center as received the package. Have contacted their customer support and no feedback to date. Will update my review once I hear back.
