There were some issues with the system I received, but in the end they made it right and now the system is performing great!

This is an excellent purchase. You can't go wrong with having this large of a collection of retro games. It works great too.

My best purchase in years! Love it, so nostalgic!! You guys are awesome!

Update:

After months of waiting I've finally gave up. I bought a 16gb snes/nes mega pack. A lot of the games lagged or/and had bad sound. Customer service was working with me on a solution, then one day told me they couldn't process my warranty order because there payment system was down.(yet they can some how still accept payments from new customers) I've been waiting since july for a response, but have heard nothing. So I'm stuck with a mediocre system that has a lot of games that are unbearable to play because of lag

Update: Max has contacted me and is continuing to try and help me resolve the issue

The system has issues with lag and garbled music. It's also randomly freezes mid game and the only way it powers off is by unplugging. Max was working with me on, but stopped responding to my emails for a fix

Very impressed with the quality of my purchase. Really enjoying the NES SNES and Sega Genesis. I got far more than I was originally looking for. Thanks for having these 8 bit and 16 bit "memory" boxes from my child hood.

The customer service at ha wheat is excellent. The controllers were a problem with the entertainment system we ordered but the staff at gamegear corrected the issue.

I thought it was actual a game boy,but I paid 150.00 bucks for knock off

My product was defective and game gear made it right. I was able to send in the defective product and get a product that worked. My son is so happy!!!

This little system was way beyond my best expectations! Hooked up in seconds and within minutes I was playing Mike Tysons’s Punchout and Ninja Gaiden! Both played flawlessly....even if I didn’t lol. A+++

The system stopped working after less than 3 months, but we got ahold of the IT team through text and were able to trouble shoot to find the solution. There are more games than you'll ever be able to play. It is fun to play the old games with the old school controlers.

Ordered the "Nintendo NES Classic Edition Remake HDMI w/ built-in 621 Games". I didn't realize it wasn't the legit Nintendo version you'd buy at the store, but with 600+ games, it's soooo much better. I had an issue with one of the controllers and Game Gear support quickly shipped out a new one at no extra cost. We rave to all of our friends about the NES!

Comes with so many games~Simply every single games ever released on Nintendo and Super Nintendo. The folks at gamegear also loaded sega game library for me, sweet console, love it~

The mini console is awesome! It has so many games loaded and all play smoothly. The only game that did not work out of the box is Paperboy. Max Fu from gamegear.net fixed for me almost immediately. He even uploaded a vid specially for me. Awesome product, awesome service!

My stupid machine glitches. They sent me a new power supply still glitches sometimes

We are very happy with our purchase and when one of the remotes stopped working after 3weeks they promptly sent us a new one no questions asked! Great service!!

Very good quality hardware and the UI is nice done as well. These are the 2 things I worry the most about when purchasing these types of products online but it didn't disappoint. However, I'm not sure how to open the slot where the faux cartridge goes in. I feel like i might break it if I try to hard. Other than that great product. I bought one that included Genesis games. Also, the folks at Gamegear reached out to me immediately after purchase to see if I had any questions. I recommend buying one and I'd buy from them again.
