Great Service!
I had a problem with my Gaggia Magenta machine. Phoned up, and within seconds, I was connected on a Zoom call with a tech guy. He was patient and knowledgeable, and he helped me sort the issue. Great service, thank you!
Fantastic support
Great service even over the holiday period and incredibly knowledgeable engineer that helped me resolve a problem that I thought was the end for my very well used machine. I highly recommend them.

Gaggia Direct is a great company to deal with, and their customer care is second to none!
I had an issue (of my own making) with my Gaggia coffee machine, and contacted Gaggia Direct for help. I had a Zoom call with one of their engineers, which was a great experience, then a further conversation for support with Raj who is the MD of the company.
The care I received as one of their customers was nothing short of fantastic, which sadly is a rare thing these days!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the company and their staff for help and advice when you have a Gaggia machine, or are even thinking of getting one.

Gaggia Classic
Had a problem with my 5 month old Classic.
After a couple of Zoom talks with their engineer we were unable to fix it. They immediately arranged for collection and repair and the machine was returned within 5 days.

There were 4 times of delivery
No notification in advance
2 times of delivery were failure because of “no body at home”
The 1st time I got the coffee maker was certified as “faulty machine” after seeking support service through zoom meeting
I spent almost 2 weeks (my Christmas holidays) to wait for it! Finally I got the normal conditions one at the end of my holiday:(
It made me quite frustrated!

I had an issue with my Gaggia Babila
I had an issue with my Gaggia Babila machine. I had a long zoom meeting with Raj and David and they talked me through the diagnosis of the problem. I did what was suggested and my machine works like new. I’m grateful for the patience, time and help. Great service from Gaggia Direct.

The fact that I could zoom and actually talk to someone means such a lot to me. Everyone I spoke to was so very kind and helpful (I'm not good with computers) and I'm so glad that I could get a machine like my previous one as I liked it so much. Thank you and please keep doing what you do..
