Outstanding service and experience!
I've had my Gaggia Classic Coffee Machine for over 14 years now, it has been used at least once pretty much every day. I've had it serviced occasionally and I have cleaned it on a regular basis but sadly it finally gave up the ghost recently. So I packed it up and sent it off to Gaggia UK in Elland, Yorkshire to save a run on the M62. Danny at Gaggia very quickly confirmed that they had received the package and would come back to me as quick as was possible with what was required. A couple of days later I received a phone call outlining the seemingly extensive work required and potential cost involved. After a chat with Danny they pressed on with the extensive repairs and once I had paid their invoice, the machine was returned via courier. It was to my great delight that all this took just under the working week, I had anticipated much worse to be fair. I now have my machine up and working better than ever and quite frankly it is like new. A huge "thank you" to all the team at Gaggia UK... absolutely brilliant!
Great sales and after-sales service from Gaggia UK!
Great service from the staff at Gaggia UK. My Gaggia Classic was given a very quick minor repair under warranty -because I live nearby, I was able to book this in for on-spot treatment. The engineer also gave me some very helpful tips about keeping my Classic in good working order - all round good service.
While that was under way I was able to collect a new MDF 55 to replace my old, broken down (non-Gaggia) grinder. That's been a huge upgrade - smart, very quiet and much easier to adjust. Visitors have been especially complimentary about the quality of our coffee - the plumber who called this week told me that after his last visit he's bought his own Gaggia machine!

I cannot thank David and Tony at Gaggia Direct enough for their exceptional service. My Velasca coffee machine had stopped dispensing water, and after contacting them for help, I was blown away by the level of support I received. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also went above and beyond by recommending the right descaler and cleaner for my machine. What truly set them apart, however, was their willingness to assist me via a Zoom call. They walked me through the entire process step by step, ensuring that I was comfortable with each stage. Their patience, expertise, and dedication to resolving my issue were truly first-class. This is customer service at its finest. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and the incredible service they provided. I would highly recommend Gaggia Direct to anyone in need of reliable support. Customer Service is Excellent
The purchasing process was very good. One year later, the company emailed to check that I was satisfied with the coffee machine. I told them about some issues that I was experiencing. Raj set up a Zoom call, talked me through what I should be doing and resolved the matter in a few minutes. It wasn't an issue with the machine, I was doing things incorrectly! Excellent customer service and would thoroughly recommend.
Raj is a lovely guy
Raj is a lovely guy, very helpful and informative. Got the machine’s carafe working as soon as I found the important tool… a paper clip!
Recent Anima purchase.
A couple of months ago, I purchased a Gaggia Anima and am very happy with the drinks it delivers. It arrived within a couple of days following order and I was kept informed of the delivery process throughout. The company has a number of helpful videos online (YouTube) and subsequent contact with them leads me to believe that they actually care about their customers (thanks Raj).

Excellent Service
I spoke to two repair specialists - Dave and Tony. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. As my 10 year old Gaggia Brera had a significant problem, they advised that because of it's age and the cost of shipping and repair, it was probably better to buy a new one. I thought about it, then ordered another Brera, as it had given me such good service. I was able to pick it up the next day from the delivery service where I live, as they don't deliver on Saturdays. Very pleased.
Carezza Deluxe "issue"
I had what I thought was an issue with my 10-year-old Carezza Deluxe. I emailed the customer service team, got a reply from Raj (the MD) 5 minutes later who asked me to go on a zoom call so he could take a look.
It turns out the "issue" was a design feature - there is an option for the machine to run a short cleaning cycle through the coffee brewhead each time it's switched on, but we must have disabled this some time ago and it had inadvertently been enabled again.
Suffice to say it is explained in the manual which I manage to find some time later!
I was so impressed with the excellent customer service - I hadn't purchased the machine through them originally (it was from John Lewis) and it was long out of guarantee, but still they took a few minutes to help resolve the problem.
I will definitely look at the Gaggia Direct website when I'm next in the market for a new coffee machine. Thank you!
Excellent customer support
I have an older Gaggia Classic (pre 2005) which slowy stopped allowing water to pass through for my expresso. I tried descaling several times but this did not work. I ended contacting called an independent person that repaired domestic expresso machines. I explained the issue and he told me that my boiler needs replacing at a cost of £190. I researched further and decided to contact Gaggia Direct. The response was very fast via email. A zoom meeting was arraigned the following day to see my Gaggia Classic and discuss the issue. I spoke with Raj who was very kind and very knowledgeable about the issue. He talked me through what needed to be done and my Gaggia Classic was fixed. It turns out that I did not require a boiler replacement at all. My cylinder valve was clogged and needed bleeding. Raj informed me about the Gaggia website where I could free support to help with any other issues. Great customer care is incredibly rare these days.
All I can say is this team is a credit to the Gaggia brand and I highly recommend them.
Outstanding
After 8 years of trouble free brewing, I had encountered an issue with my Gaggia Babila. I consulted the trouble shooting guide and a number of specialist videos on-line, all to no avail, following which I contacted Gaggia UK direct.
The issue was resolved quickly, via Zoom, by an extremely friendly and knowledgable engineer. I cannot thank him enough, he is a credit to Gaggia.
I must also extend my thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Gaggia. It is rare to find a company that values its customers as highly and a further reason, beyond the excellent quality of machine, to purchase directly from Gaggia.
