Gab is a very interesting social media experiment and largely works as intended. It's a free speech mecca where no one's posts are ever given a content warning or deleted and no one gets kicked off the site. In reality, it is a haven for white Christian Americans, which is fine, but don't they already have "safe space" churches? Gab also turns out to be a cesspool of vile misogyny, racism, literal fascists (there are pro fascist groups) and antisemitism. People will post cartoons with black people as apes and hook-nosed Jewish caricatures controlling the global cabal of pedophile child murderers... you know, like the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. But, hey, gab has free speech, right? So if you are a kind white Christian American and can tolerate regularly seeing deeply disturbing images and racist conspiracies, gab is for you!

Definitely the best social media network site. Lots of different groups to join. Join the ones you like stay away from those you don`t. Free speech encouraged with many different views given. Rarely descends into FB type spats. No stupid censorship, or ridiculous fact checking by biased fact check organisations with an agenda to push. You do the research, you make up your own mind. Deserves to be a lot bigger and much better known.

Ignore the attacks on Gab by the MSM. Gab allows for absolute freedom of expression for all of its users. Okay, those bad persons, e.g. white supremacists and Neo-Nazis, have flocked to the site, but in general, it is very decent.

In terms of social media sites, Gab is one of the best and continues to steadily make improvements. In terms of freedom of speech, Gab has stood its ground for years and refused to bow to the pressure of sustained attack from big-tech, the mainstream media, hosting providers and payment processors. Gab has survived, and as the increasingly far left sophistry and censorship of big-tech social media worsens, people are now realising its importance. Gab is indeed one of the most critically important sites on the internet today.

Platform that respects the individual User the most. I can see whatever I chose. And I can Block whatever I chose. no on person, group of persons, or AI standing between me and the world of others. This is how All social media not directed at children or mentally infirm should be

Gab is a social media platform that welcomes all who want uncensored speech. It attracts all kinds of people including Christians, atheists', white supremist, strange but interesting conversations, lucid conversations and more. The have a Block and a Mute option if you don't want to read somebody's posts. Overall, a good site. I don't see any anti-Semitism or white supremacy posts.

Appears to be run by far right pro trump fake news merchants. have refused my unsubscribe requests over several weeks so being spammed continually with their nonsense

Gab is a free speech platform that attracts all sorts of people, including neonazi's. Almost anything goes, all sorts of discussions under the guise of "free speech" You can't send death threats, blackmail people, or any other illegal activity, which is one of the redeeming qualities, next to it being really easy to navigate. ,

I'm a big fan of alt-tech. Gab seems like the best. I respect their bravery in standing up for free speech. The platform itself works pretty good but I'd really like to see a video platform.

Great idea for a website. It's sad that it was forced into existence by the other editorial sites posing as social media sites. It kinda stole Twitter's layout, but dissenter is world-changing. There are TONS of racists and anti-semites, conspiracy theorists, etc. But this is not their fault, as those people have been forced to congregate and strengthen their views in echo chambers, by the other "social media" websites who have censored them.

Overall, it's a great website, and I see only good things in their future. They have been turned into a website of racists by other websites not allowing the public to correct people of differing views, rather they silence and censor them so that they congregate and strengthen themselves. Gab is great, but you will spend a lot of your time there correcting racists.

Dedicated to free speech, and a welcoming place. Absolutely deserve 5 stars, especially for their app, Dissenter, which creates a comment section for amywhere on the internet!
