This is the worst company i have ever dealt with . They are rude, they lie blatantly . Their toner cartridge was faulty . Their prices look reasonable and then they add on a hefty delivery charge and you find you would be better off buying from the manufacturer. AVOID !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they lie and cheat their way to get an order from you, be careful as they make it sound like you always order from them and there's a deadline to order Now!

Awful people with a horrible attitude. They call and the first thing out their mouth is.. "Will 4 toners be enough for you this time?". Hang on a minute! I've never used you and never will. A polite hello and explanation of what they may be able to offer first and I might have more patience to listen.

Following my previous experience with this awful company, today I received a call from Tara. I wonder if that is the same Tara who gives them 4 stars?

Do not use this company. They use underhand tactics to make sales. As the majority of the other comments mention, this company is not to be trusted.

Was contacted by this company and though I use PB, discovered that the ink cartridges that FS supplied were considerable cheaper, completely machine-compatable and PO approved.. Service was quick and courteous - I will certainly use them again..

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND FRAUDULENT.

THEY CALLED AND WE SAID WE DO NOT USE A FRANKING MACHINE - THEY STILL SENT AN INK FOR A EXTORTIONATE AMOUNT - TO RETURN IS IMPOSSIBLE AND WILL END UP PAYING £100 for one ink you can buy for £10

We are a small business and decided to go with Franking Supplies after speaking to their friendly sales team .I would thoroughly recommend as it’s basically the same as what we were getting at the fraction of the price , will use again .

IT IS A SCAM !

They call you and told you that they are your supplier. They will then send you an email with a purchase order attached and ask you to check, sign and return it. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING ! it is like a binding contract and they will then force you to pay.

Dubious (to say the least) sales technique.
Duped a collegue into believing that they were our usuall supplier and got him to sign a pre filled (hand written) order form.
When questioned about the delivery and the dishonest way in which the order was placed, was told that the order form was a binding contract. They are now hasseling for payment of the invoice, even after me explaing that there was a "New Supplier" set up to be completed before payment could be processed.

Total scam, told by our head office they deal with franking... and then a lady on the phone, very rude and in a bullying tone telling me what i need and i insisted we didn't and that our Head office deals with it... and she continued and said what we needed and she would send over order confirmation for me to sign and return..... AVOID THIS COMPANY they are not true or honest in their selling ways.

Bullish tactics after being told we do not order from them, they proceeded to call our other offices. A completed order form was sent over. Upset a couple of my staff. I would avoid!

We have been frequently pestered by team members from this organisation, and they are still doing it despite being told to stop calling us. They tried to con a member of staff into signing an order form they had pre-filled, as if they were are usual suppliers They are not. Dishonest way to do business and we do not want any more to do with them. Would advise you avoid them at all costs.

Cold Caller - Attempted to trick company into signing an order form with very little information In regards to our actual franking machines.
Be wary of this company.

Attempted to scam us into ordering by emailing a completed form that just needed signing. Fortunately, this was caught out. But from looking at the other reviews, this is how they attempt to cold call, hoping to catch businesses with the regular staff on holiday so it just gets signed off.
