If I could give this company 0 stars I would, conned my mechanic who knows nothing about the card machine into buying till rolls by say they are our usual supllier.

Only spoken to them on email they never discussed anything with the director of the company!

I said to them send me a return postage lable I'll send them back as they wherent even the right ones for my my machine, but they still expect me to send them back and pay for postage when they called me so its not my mistake I'm not paying for them.

Used this company for years and never had a problem. Spoke to multiple different members of staff and all are extremely helpful and friendly. My orders always arrive on time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had these phone on and off over the years pretending to be our franking company. Once when I first started for the company, I agreed and she sent a fax through to be signed and agreed, luckily I realised then it was a scam. I usually now just say you aren't our supplier and are a scam and get hung up on.

Received a scaremongering call reference a lack of ink in the UK, laughable. We deal direct with Pitney Bowes and I have been able to order from them. When questioned he didn't know what type of machine we had. When I mentioned who our supplier was he then told me he was calling on their behalf, I put the phone down.

Beware this company are scammers. They will call pretending to be your normal supplier and then send you items you did not want nor order. You will then get an invoice for these at extortionate prices. You can find the same items for a fraction of the cost. Avoid at all costs. Have reported them again to the Trading Standards for breach of statutory selling obligations. If you receive anything from them send it back or refuse delivery

We were phoned by a lady called Jade who heavily implied to a member of staff she was reordering labels and ink for us, despite never having used this company before.

She asked for the ‘person who deals with the franking’ not the person authorised to pay invoices, and pushed for a sales order to be signed and returned with no prices on - no doubt these would have been extortionate.

This company is disingenuous, employ dubious sales tactics and we will never be using them.

Luckily we have all of their calls on our call recording system....

They will call and get someones name, then send you goods (Franking cartridges) in our case that you don't need and then send you an invoice for them and try and make you pay.

We will not pay them and will simply ask for them to be collected.

Scammers. Stay away, they are pretending to be your regular supplier and trick staff in to buying their products.

Scam alert. Called my practice and led staff to believe that they are our regular supplier. Very dishonest,

I would of gave zero stars if possible. Please BEWARE of this company,they will try and trick you into thinking you are ordering from your usual supplier. The work ethics of this company is non exsistent. Stay away from this so called company,rude and dishonest people

Echoing what everyone else has said; received a phone call from Tara on an anonymous number who opened the call with "I'm calling from your franking machine supplier. Just checking if you need to place another order for the next 4 months".

For one she didn't even confirm the name of the business she was calling from, secondly we don't even use them (after getting the company phone number out of her and checking on Google). thirdly we don't deal with companies that dial anonymously.

Generally rude. Was sighing when I told her I couldn't put her through and would have to check and get back to her. Stay away.

Every 5 star review is written by a member of the sleezy, unskilled sales team.

Calm the f*** down! They are only selling ink and labels, not demanding to eat your children! The ink is Royal mail approved and is cheaper than your current supplier. So stop being vile and listen to what they say and you will actually save your Company alot of money!!!

Call pretending to be your currently supplier. Very misleading! Spoke to a manager who of course denies they would do this and tells me that I can't just make things up! So rude - judging from the other reviews they do this all the time. Trying to mislead unwitting staff into placing an order. Asked them not to call again, we'll see how long that lasts. Stay well clear

Complete Con Artists: Avoid.

Tried to scam us today. Alex said she was from Chip and Pin Ltd and they were clearing back log of orders and did we want to add anything to our order. When asked who ordered and what did they order she said she didn't have access to that information. Staff took her name and number. I called the number which was answered by Franking Supplies Ltd and asked them why they were misleading us. Tara denied Alex would have said anything misleading blah blah, Asked why the number given was for another company and assured Franking Supplies were answering the phone for Chip and Pin who were in another office upstairs. Informed them their cold calling scam tactics would be reported to OFT and have done so. Beware the good reviews on here...

Very professional experience recently with Franking Supplies. My order arrived very quickly as promised and the ink cartridges were much cheaper than my usual supplier. I will certainly be using Franking supplies again. Thank you.

Had a cold call from a lady from ‘Franking supplies uk Ltd’ no introduction, very hasty pushy manner trying to make out that they are our usual supplier of till rolls. Which they are not! They hastily ask how many till rolls you need with no mention at all of prices or payment arrangements to make you feel like they are sending items to you as a free insensitive. When items arrive they come with an over inflated invoice! THEY COMPLETELY MISLEAD YOU! I contacted them to challenge them, I was told either keep the items and pay for them or if I send the items back I had to pay for delivery! They would not pay for any returns! My experience is pretty much a carbon copy of most of the bad reviews on trust pilot! AVOID AT All COST!!!!!!

A receptionist had placed an order, not aware that they aren`t our usual supplier. After receiving the goods and the invoice I have noticed they are a lot cheaper than our usual supplier. Also my colleague had mentioned how helpful Franking Supplies were and how easy the process was. Will definitely be using in the future.
