Unacceptable Treatment at Airline’s Home Airport
I had a terrible experience with this airline at their home airport in Yerevan. If you don’t check in online in advance, they charge an extra fee for airport check-in — a clear money grab. Even worse, the payment counter is located on the opposite end of the terminal, so you're forced to haul your luggage there and back.
The cashier (an Armenian man) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Depending on his mood, he may start threatening not to accept your payment, implying you won’t be allowed to board. The whole process felt manipulative and hostile.
Completely unacceptable behavior from an airline. I won’t be flying with them again.

Wouldn't even considering to give them a star if I could have! 40quids to print a boarding pass! need to do online check-in two days ahead? Unreal! Scam scam scam we end up paid the same price as non low cost airline. Onboard seat small! Not even water for passenger. Air con to no existing! Stuffy can't breath on the plane. One of the worst experiences I had so far with flight companies. Their website is just a scam. They making money through cheating on people with complex UI and rules such as closing online checking 4h before the flight, but even before that time it's nearly impossible to figure out how to do it. Than they will charge you 36 euro for filling in your details in the check in desk. The personal is rude, to me they said "Website worked for 130 passengers, are you special?". It's just insane. But even if you checked in they demand to print the ticket and if you won't do it they charge you as well. They also will measure every inch of your bag and if it won't fit - they will charge you as well. Total humiliation. It's the first and last time I use this company for a flight.

I helped a person with the purchase of a ticket with this ridiculous kkompany. When I filled in the passenger details, a typing error crept in and the wrong name was saved. On their website there is a fee of 70 euros for changing the name/the person, but in this case the name only had to be corrected, the person remained the same. A typing error, nothing intentional =70 euros. Colossal. I recommend using the bike instead of this kkompany.

Habe ein Ticket in die falsche Richtung gebucht. 15 Minuten später dort angerufen. Am Telefon wurde gesagt eine Stornierung oder Rückerstattung sei nicht möglich, per Gesetz muss es aber möglich sein zu stornieren und zumindest die Steuern zurück erstattet zu bekommen. Wir werden Anzeige erstatten.

Une compagnie de racketteurs aux tarifs faussement attractifs. Sur facturation forcée au moment de l’embarquement, bagage détruit, service client factice… J’aurais dû me fier aux avis très négatifs bien présents sur le web avant d’embarquer... Et prendre en considération qu’il n’y a pas si longtemps Flyone était interdit de vol en Europe. Ce devrait l’être de nouveau.

This is the worst company! There are no cancellation options for flights, not even months in advance. Even if you book six months ahead, they won’t allow cancellations under any circumstances—even in extreme situations. Completely unfair and disappointing!

They have misleading pricing—they don't disclose the non-refundable policy when purchasing tickets or that the ticket cannot be amended. They display one price initially, but when you try to book, the price suddenly increases.
I recorded the entire booking process and found no clear mention that the ticket was non-refundable before completing payment. After contacting their customer service, they refused to offer a refund or even a date change, despite their system’s lack of transparency.
I have now raised a claim with the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and filed a chargeback with my bank due to their misleading business practices. Avoid this airline if you value clear pricing, fair policies, and good customer service.

В целом полёты ок, бывают опоздания. Нужно быть внимательным при покупке дешёвых билетах на акциях, например была акция, билеты за 19€ в одно направление, но багаж при этом стоит 77€ за чемодан 20 кг, это дороже чем у любой другой компании. Так в чем смысл акции тогда, если за счёт багажа они добивают себе те же деньги. Беспредел! Потеряла уважение к этой компании

Ich habe Tickets für den Flug Düsseldorf - Chișinău am 18.01.2025 um 10:45 Uhr gekauft, aber die Fluggesellschaft hat die Abflugzeit auf 07:40 Uhr geändert, ohne eine Rückerstattung oder Entschädigung anzubieten. Ich wohne weit vom Flughafen entfernt und reiste mit zwei kleinen Kindern, eines davon erst 2 Monate alt, was diese Änderung für uns äußerst schwierig machte.
Außerdem funktionierte ihr Online-Check-in nicht. Ich habe versucht, mich einzuchecken, aber ihr System war nicht funktionsfähig. Als wir zur von ihnen geänderten Zeit am Flughafen ankamen, wurden wir gezwungen, 108 € für den Check-in am Schalter zu zahlen. Wir erklärten die Situation dem Flughafenpersonal, aber sie sagten, sie könnten FlyOne nicht kontaktieren und dass ihre einzige Aufgabe darin bestehe, das Geld zu kassieren. Wir mussten 110 € zahlen, weil sie kein Wechselgeld herausgeben!
Null Professionalität, nicht existierender Kundenservice, Flugzeitenänderungen ohne Optionen für Passagiere und übertriebene Zusatzgebühren! Vermeiden Sie diese Fluggesellschaft, wenn Sie keine unangenehmen Überraschungen und ungerechtfertigten Extrakosten erleben möchten!

I had the misfortune of flying with Flyone on December 22 from Tel Aviv to Chisinau, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline.
The flight was scheduled for 22:40 but was delayed after check-in. We boarded the plane at 1:00 AM, only to sit for almost an hour without air conditioning, water, or proper ventilation. It was suffocating.
At 2:00 AM, we were informed that the flight would now depart until 5:30 AM and were told to leave our luggage on the plane and return to the airport. As we started to leave, they changed their minds and told us to go back and collect our bags. This back-and-forth was chaotic and completely unprofessional.
We finally departed at 5:15 AM, but not before enduring hours of confusion, discomfort, and complete disorganization. The crew was aggressive, unhelpful, and clearly unprepared to handle the situation.
This was, without a doubt, my last time flying with Flyone. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend choosing another airline.

⚠️ Here's my story:
On October 17th, I was scheduled to fly on flight [flight number] from Tel-Aviv to Antalya with a connection in Cisinau (5F 448 flight). Just 2 hours before departure, the company abruptly canceled the flight, leaving me stranded and offering me the flight the next night. I was already on my way to the airport at that point. No one cared that in this case I would have missed my flight to Antalya (Pegasus Airline) and miss the business meeting.
❌ But the nightmare didn’t end there:
I applied for a refund with the help of the Agent company (Kupibilet) but the Airline disappeared for 3 months! Every email and call went unanswered or saying to wait until funds appear on my credit card.
They withheld my money and ignored their passengers, showing zero accountability.
💬 My conclusion: Flyone represents a complete disregard for its customers. Instead of care and responsibility, you’ll get stress, wasted time, and financial losses.
🛑 I will be filing a complaint with aviation authorities and strongly recommend EVERYONE avoid this airline at all costs!

Pe 18 august 2024 am zburat de la Chisinau la Bologna. Zborul a avut intarziere de peste 3 ore din motive tehnice ale aeronavei. In calitate de pasager, am dreptul la o rambursare de 250 euro. Acest drept mi-a fost refuzat de catre Fly One.
Am incercat sa solutionez problema pe cale amiabila, adresandu-ma companiei insa nu am primit un raspuns satisfacator.
Am contactat Autoritatea Aeronautica Civila din Moldova ca sa ma ajute.
Am scris o petitie si la presedintia Republicii Moldova. Intr-un mod sau altul, o sa imi rambursati banii. Sunt sigur de asta.
Nu cumparati bilete de la aceasta companie, nu respecta drepturile noastre. Am grija sa afle toata lumea despre voi, sa nu faca greseala mea.

We booked our flight from Manchester to Chișinău on 21.01.2025, with a return on 25.01.2025. They changed the flight from the 21st to the 25th! They are so stupid and incompetent that they scheduled both flights on the same day! What’s worse, the return flight from Chișinău is now earlier than the flight they rescheduled!
Irresponsible company!
So now it’s like this: I live in Manchester, but after they made their changes, my first flight is from Chișinău. So now I’m supposed to fly from Chișinău to Manchester, land in Manchester at 8:30, and then take the flight from Manchester back to Chișinău at 9:30 😂
